Yay or Nay
Dudes, What up?
How’d the weekend treat you? Mine was fierce but now I’m knackered as hell plus I have a workload to choke on today but no worries I’m getting through Monday super duper fast it feels like. How’s yours going? Time for a nap under our office desk yet?
I got in really late last night so it was pretty much right to bed for me but this morning I was up at the crack of dawn to debate with myself whether I needed to watch Flesh and Stone or if I needed to fast forward through the 100+ hours of the Bare Escentuals Anniversary Show on QVC.
Needless to say both won out so I spent 30 minutes watching Flesh and Stone and proceeded to fast forward through BE episodes for another 30 minutes and finally finished off by completing the last 30 minutes of Flesh and Stone.
The question is did you watch it?
The BE that is (or I’m all open ears to discuss DW ha!).
Bare Escentuals Anniversary Show was it a yay or a nay for you?
I’m trying to remember if I ever tried Avon Glazewear Lip Gloss prior to today. I could swear I had one a really time ago but can’t for the life of me remember if I liked it or not…hmm….that’s what happens when you’re a beauty junkie, you simply forget what you have and haven’t tried. It all begins to run together and you start experiencing sad little senior moments and brain farts as you try to recall product details. This is around the time they stick you in a beauty nursing home, this would be where all fabulous beauty junkies go after their mind is burnt out from too much product.
What do you think of Avon Glazewear Lip Gloss?
Yay or Nay?
About two years old word broke in the UK that Penelope Cruz had a little drama surrounding her L’Oreal Telescopic ad which users felt exaggerated the effects of the mascara. Her commercial proceeded to pimp out lashes that were 60 x’s the volume and length. Mmmm obviously for beauty junkies we take all this with a grain of salt as we’ve tried so many products that promise similar and never really seen THOSE results right?
Rolling your way to a wrinkle-free, puff-free, dark-free under eye area seems to be the order of business lately. Brands are really getting on board using rollers to entice you to roll away wrinkles, dark circles, and puff. Perhaps its the ease of use or the mess-free application that appeals to some or maybe we just associate rolling with smoothing something out which leads us to believe rolling around our eye area will be the cure all super smooth skin.
Whatever the case may be the beauty world is being taking over by roller treatments lately. Here are a few that have captured my interest lately.
I honestly never have great success with roller treatments but it never stops me from wanting to try ’em anyway in the hopes I’ll have super success.
What do you think of roller eye treatments, serums, and moisturizers?
Yay or Nay?
Its no big secret that I’m NOT the biggest Sephora Makeup fan in the world. However, I will admit the new Sephora Colorful Duo Eyeshadows caught my eye. I love duos because they make contrasting easy as cake and ice cream and I’m guessin’ that’s why I was all eyes when when I seen these from Sephora.
Yay or Nay?
Sadly, gotta go with nay! They look nice enough and I could even possibly be swayed to buy one or two but sadly the $16 price tag makes them a big nay for me. For that price I could go high end.
What do you think?
Yay it or Nay it, the choice is yours!
