Drugstore Makeup Brands
Catrice is now available in the US at Ulta and Ulta.com so I decided to venture in and make a purchase! The Catrice Ultimate Lip Glow ($5.99) was my first stop because I tend to like quickie lip balms to get a hint of color on my lips after my lipgloss or lipstick has worn away. I like keeping products like Dior Lip Glow in my desk drawer but hey, Lip Glow is $33 and Catrice Ultimate Lip Glow a mere $6 so I decided this would be a great place to start my adventure with this German brand.
Let’s take a look!
There’s still plenty of Summer to be had and the Milani Dolci Bronze for Summer 2015 celebrates everything we love about Summer looks with gently bronzed cheeks, bronze-y gold eyes, and glossy lips.
Take a peek at this stunning new Summer Collection from Milani!
So how do you pack makeup lightly for Summer Travel? I know I personally want to take everything with me! And I do really mean everything, literally. I’m just not a light packer and it’s impossible for me to settle on a single eyeshadow! I need like 100 choices.
This year, I didn’t really yet take a long vacation. In May I was away for nearly two weeks but for the Summer I decided I’d do a lot of weekend trips and one big getaway in the Fall. During my recent travels I made my head hard to pack super light and that meant I really had to down size on what I packed makeup and beauty wise. Because believe me given the chance I’d just take my entire makeup collection with me.
So I made a promise to myself I’d be ALL about traveling makeup lightly this Summer.
Here’s one to add to your facial mist must have, the new Yes to Grapefruit Pore Perfection Toning Mist ($11.99). I’m currently in lust with this delicious smelling facial mist and have it stashed away in my office fridge for quick little refreshes throughout the day!
I thought I’d take a moment today to review Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water since cleansing waters are becoming so popular here in the US and having a bit of a trending period. There are a great number of budget friendly options available at the moment like Simple Cleansing Micellar Water and Boots Botanics All Bright 3 in 1 Cleansing Solution.
But, by far, the greatest deal I’ve come across in the cleansing water world is Garnier’s Micellar Cleansing Water. It’s dirt cheap for a huge bottle. FeelUnique.com carries on sale for $5.30 plus they often have 15 to 20% off coupon codes you can use! Off sale, it’s typically around $7 to $8.
Better still would be if Garnier actually releases this in the US so we don’t have to wait for slow airmail to get our fix but until they do I don’t mind purchasing online that much particularly because this is very large bottle that will last a while.
