Almay pretty much loves introducing Smart Shade products, ya know, those products that promise to morph and turn into your perfect shade of blush, foundation, etc…
I don’t have alot of details about their new Almay Smart Shade Perfect Correct Primer Clear but it appears to be a clear primer with color pigments for correcting and brightening skin, don’t quote me but that’s what I gather from this one.
It does look like Stila’s One Step Primer but mostly it reminds me of the T-Virus.
It’s available now at Ulta.com for $13.99.
I think I might go ahead and indulge.
Almay Intense I-Color Shadow Sticks are a dual sided shadow stick that features two colors. I’m not sure on the formula here and the colors seemed a tad uneventful so I didn’t haul but those who love products like MAC Shadesticks will be quite happy to have a cheaper alternative especially one that has two shades.
What do you think?
Almay Wake Up Under Eye Concealer is a new concealer that promises to conceal and depuff. Is it me or does every single new concealer that comes out promise to depuff under eyes?
Maybe they read my blog and realize I need a little depuffing action. Honestly, they NEVER work though. They might conceal the puff but not treat it.
Anyway, I avoided this particular concealer for a while since it’s a squeeze tube with a brush application. No likey the packaging. I knew it would prove messy and I was right but I decided to give it a whirl anyway as that “wake up” bit had me….anything that wakes my eyes up or promises to ends up capturing my attention easily.
Almay Wake Up Under Eye Concealer is a brand new concealer from the brand for Summer 2011.
Have a look!
Plenty of new goodies are popping up at the drugstore for the Spring season! Anyone run into anything good? I need to hit up the drugstore this week for a peek but if you missed it here’s the round up post of some of what I’ve seen and I’ve also done a slideshow of other new items I’ve seen (if you’re reading via e-mail or RSS please visit my site to view the slideshow embedded in this post).
