Maybelline seems to have some updates on the horizon for Spring 2012 when it comes to their Dream Mousse Collection. Many of the products are available on clearance at the moment in various drugstores (particularly CVS) I’ve been to lately. No worries though the collection isn’t disappearing for good merely being replaced by brand new offerings.
From what I heard the glass jars that the Dream Mousse products came in failed to keep the product fresh, this is unconfirmed of course, but it could be one of the reasons we are seeing newly packaged products. This, and of course, Spring 2012 is on the horizon a good enough time to start launching brand new products.
One of the more interesting products I’ve had my eye on was the new Maybelline Dreamy Bouncy Blush.
Take a look!
Mousse Foundation is on the scene for Spring 2012. Revlon already has one available that’s in drugstores now and the new Maybelline Dream Nude Airfoam is next up!
These foundations are air infused for a creamy, whipped up foundation that supposed glides on flawlessly.
Count me curious!
Available soon at drugstores.
Maybelline Dream Bouncy Blush?
While browsing around Target the “new” section displays a very itty bitty photo of a possible new blush coming at us from Maybelline. I don’t have a ton of info on this one but looks like it’ll be a Spring 2012 release.
How dreamy would it be if Maybelline did a new mousse concealer for Spring as well? I so miss their Dream Mousse Concealer….!
This is actually a powder that promises to “melt” into skin like a cream!
Thanks to CJ for pointing out this is on Walgreens.com already, here’s a cleared pic!
Maybelline Eye Studio Color Tattoo Eyeshadow will be available in 10 shades (tentative) and are a range of new cream shadows that promise a 24 hour hold, mmm, that’s debatable considering last year’s fiasco with the Color Gleams. Ugh those were awful!
Regardless, I’m still quite excited about these!
Maybelline Super Stay 10 Hr Lip Stain Gloss is a new lipgloss/stain or what Maybelline dubs as the first ever lipgloss stain that promises a 10 hour wear time. I suspect it’ll be a gel-like stain which will account for the “gloss” factor.
Typically I find drugstore brands love embracing lip stains lately for their Spring Collections.
I believe this collection will consist of five shades to start and each will be around $9-$11 each but don’t quote me, this is tentative info as I haven’t yet seen them in store.
What do you think?
I’m intrigued by the applicator!
