Their back! Milani Rose Powder Blush are on the loose for Spring 2014 in four brand new colors. Milani released Rose Powder Blush for Spring 2013 in four shades as well but damn they sold out fast. Peeps couldn’t find them at all when they hit stores.
Lucky enough this year the brand made plenty to go around and they’ll be available at Walgreens as well as online at www.milanicosmetics.com.
I think these are appealing because let’s face it they are cute! The powders have a rose burst design and the colors are very bright. Funny thing as they bring to mind the Body Shop RoseFlower Blush from way back in 2009. Remember it? But more recently it quite looks like the Innisfree Mineral Rose Marbling Blusher as the design is almost identical to what you see here from the Milani Rose Powder Blushes.
Let’s take a look at some swatches.Read More...

Wet n Wild Flirting at the After Party Eyeshadow Palette ($4.99 at Walgreens) is one of two brand new limited edition 8 Pan Coloricon Eyeshadow Palettes that launched with the Wet n Wild The Style Award Goes To Collection for Spring 2014.
Last year the Wet n Wild Spring Forward Color Icon Eyeshadow Palettes included Going in the Wild which was very close in color to this new Flirting at the After Party Palette.
You’ll notice this year this is all about purple though as Flirting at the After Party contains two shades of purple versus last year’s palette which included some pops of Spring green and yellow.

I think Olay Total Effects Eye Brightening CC Cream actually used to be Olay Total Effects Eye Transforming Cream but don’t quote me there as I never tried the original. It looks like they just added CC Cream into the name.
Although this has correcting benefits I think CC Cream is misleading in the name as it contains no color, doesn’t act as a concealer, etc…color correcting or CC Cream would relate to something with tint or something that has a color adapting shade. Olay Total Effects Eye Brightening CC Cream does not have such a tint. So it can be both misleading and confusing to consumers. Of course, more appealing as well, “Oh CC Cream for eyes, have to try that!” A more accurate product would be Covergirl + Olay Eye Rehab as at least this does act as a skincare and concealer in one.
However…let’s check Olay Total Effects Eye Brightening CC Cream and see what the scoop is!Read More...
