I’ve raved Garnier’s Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel Cream to the heavens when it released and to this day still love it.
I’m absolutely delighted they are releasing a dry skin formula now as well. Reader Christmas, kindly sent over a photo of the new dry skin formula for us to enjoy today.
This is a pink gel cream versus the old style green one.
I have to ask how much moisturizing can it get? The original version already offers plenty of moisture as is…! Now a dry skin version?
I’m so in!
Are you a fan of Garnier Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel Cream?
Excited about a dry skin version?
The L’Oreal Miss Candy Collection has launched across the pond recently.
The collection consists of Miss Candy Color Infallible Eyeshadows as well as glosses and nail polishes.

L’Oreal True Match Lumi Foundation is a newly launched base available at drugstores in a variety of shades with an SPF 20. I saw it at Harmons for $9.79.
I didn’t pick this up as it sounded like it would be glow-y plus I tried the concealer from the Lumi launch and wasn’t terribly impressed so doubt I’ll like the foundation.
It should be popping up in your drugstore, if not already, shortly.
I wouldn’t have noticed this if a reader, Rachel, hadn’t pointed it out. Apparently L’Oreal Youth Code is entering the BB Cream realms.
Right now Drugstore.com has L’Oreal Youth Code BB Cream available in a two shades, Light and Medium, for $16.99. Already they have points against them for a lower SPF of 15 but let’s not be too quick to judge eh? Sorry, can’t help myself, my track record with US drugstore BB Creams has been pretty bad so far.
Remember those deliciously sparkle un-named palettes that Target has gotten in stock a few weeks? Those would be the new Maybelline Luminous Lights Expertwear Eyeshadow Palettes.
I saw the display recently at my local Harmons and I must say these were rather tempting.
