There collection consists of four new reds and one smoky purple shade that can be used on top of or under colors to intensify or lighten them.
There are now ten total colors to choose from and they run from $4.49-$5.19 depending on the drugstore you purchase at.

Maybelline Expert Wear Luminous Lights Eyeshadow Quads are a new range of shadow palettes from the brand available in four shades. At a glance these were an exciting launch as they looked like something you’d seeing coming out of Asia.
The palettes are portrayed as a shimmery shade selection in promo images that offer a luminous finish to eyes. I think Maybelline successfully captured “luminous” here but the formula might not be everyone’s bag.

Funny story…I went to the Chanel counter recently and my regular MA was sadly not there so I struck up a conversation with the manager at the counter and she tried to sell me some snow in Summer. Kiddin’. She tried to convince me to try some skincare and proceeded to tell me my skin was a combination. Eh? News to me! I thought I was terribly dehydrated. Was she trying to sell me something or am I really a combination skin type? What? Have I gone through life thinking I’m dry and all this time I’m a combo?
Naa can’t be.
