Call me crazy, call me criminally insane…call me what you will but I am currently obsessed with geoGirl Kewl (cool) Magic Face Refresher. What is that so crazy?
Well, it’s kinda sorta a kiddie-tween makeup line.
geoGirl is a new collection of cosmetics that has launched exclusively at Walmart to replace the old Mary Kate and Ashley Collection (Yes, I have Mary Kate and Ashley cosmetics laying around here, sue me, shiz happens when you’re obsessed with beauty! CLICK!) and was developed to appeal to 8-12 year old girls. The collection features packaging that is recyclable and is a fully developed line of cosmetics that features over 60 products that will be paraben-free and have natural ingredients like chamomile, lavender, white willow bark and calendula as well as pomegranate and green tea extracts.
As for me, well, I’m not 12 anymore, maybe not physically of course, but mentally I’m right about that age-group. Tack on a few more years. But I’m still obsessed with their Magic Face Refresher, proof positive you don’t have to be 12 years old to enjoy geoGirl.
Today marks a new chapter for BB Creams.
The UK sees its very first BB Cream available within drugstores today. A date to be remembered. This means, if my calculations are right, we should see BB Creams on our side of the pond sometime in December.
Garnier BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector is the first BB Cream available in a drugstore within the UK (not sure if this release extends to the rest of Europe).
Take a look!
Tammy (THANK you!) shares with us the new NYC New York Color Cosmetics Black Magic Halloween 2011 Collection display that she saw at her local Rite Aid.
OMG so jealous!

Clean & Clear have brand new Morning Burst cleansers called Fruit Infusions. These supposedly have real infusions of fruit and are available in three “flavors”.
As it’s Back to School shortly the marketing behind these is rather savvy as students will probably want to indulge in some new cleanser, skincare, or beauty bits and bobs.
I’ve actually mentioned before I like to cheapen up my AM routine as I save my more expensive cleaners for evening use so these are an ideal pick for me. I really like the Brightening Cleanser that Clean & Clear recently introduced so I was all about trying Fruit Infusions.
Let’s take a look at the Clean & Clear Morning Burst Fruit Infusions Reviving Cleanser with Pomegranate!
The new Wet n Wild DreamWeaver Collection brings out six new ColorIcon Trio Eyeshadows for $2.99 each.
These are popping up for a limited time in drugstores however I personally don’t think you have to rush to grab them as they have alot of similar shades in them from ColorIcon’s past…and some even remind me of shades from both the Fall and Holiday 2010 release. So if you own alot of WnW already just check your stash for possible dupes before dishing out any cash.
Here’s a few swatches, I’ll follow up with a review soon!
