Available in twelve shades the price and color selection definitely gives Hard Candy a run for the money.

Maybelline Eye Studio Master Duo 2-in-1 Glossy Liquid Liner ($6.99) is newly launched for Spring 2013 available in six shade selections.
I’m not really a great fan of liquid liners as I simply don’t know how to apply them well but….I know a bad one when I see one.
L’Oreal Age Perfect Instant Radiance BB Cream is launching for Spring 2013. Haven’t yet seen this one in stores but looking forward to seeing how it goes.
L’Oreal Youth Code BB Cream Illuminator was a little bit of a fail due to the lack of pigment so hopefully Age Perfect Instant Radiance has a bit more color pay off.

The new Fergie Centerstage Collection includes four new Wet n Wild Photo Op Palettes for $4.99. This collection appears to be exclusive to Walgreens for Spring 2013.
Wet n Wild really amped it up with the collection as the packaging got a super revamp. However, sadly it appears they spent more on the packaging than the actual quality of the products as this eyeshadow quad turned out very disappointing.
If we take a little NYC New York Color Big Bold Curl Mascara and pair it up with the new L’Oreal Telescopic Extensions Mascara I’d say we have our perfect HG mascara (holy grail).
