NYC New York Color Smooth Skin BB Radiance Perfecting Powder ($3.99) just recently launched in two shades selections for Spring 2015 that will be available permanently at drugstores. I absolutely adore NYC New York Color Smooth Skin BB Creme and I thought that NYC New York Color Smooth Skin BB Radiance Perfecting Powder would be something nice to set it to in the Summer when the weather is warmer.
As you now I have drier skin and I rarely set my makeup with powder or wear powder foundations, etc…! However, in the Summer I do reach for powder more often than not. Since I do NYC’s BB Creme formula I thought paired up with this powder I could get a nice, sheer natural look that would wear all day as lord knows on a humid Manhattan day there’s no way the BB Creme along will stick around without setting with powder.
Currently I’m in love with NYC New York Color Cosmetics Expert Last Lip Lacquer ($3.99) and questioning why I have never tried them before this!?
Expert Last Lip Lacquer is a liquid lip lacquer that launches about a year ago in several sahdes to the NYC New York Color Cosmetics permanent collection. More recently a few new shades for Spring 2015 launched which is one reason I’ve taken slight notice of them.
If you haven’t tried these yet, trust me, you need them!
Hard Candy Glamoflauge Foundation ($7) is a new Invisible Camouflage Foundation launching with the Hard Candy Spring/Summer 2015 Collection that will be available in 8 permanent shade selections.
Hi, I’m the Muse, I’m a foundation and concealer snob. If there is one thing in the makeup world I believe in splurging on it would be 1. foundation and 2. concealer. I am under the impression that I cannot for the life of me not only find a color match from drugstore foundations or concealers but also find a formula I actually LIKE using. Some are too heavy, some too cakey, others are orange, too beige…it’s just a sea of foundations that just do not work for me. Rarely am I able to actually find a foundation product at the drugstore that I’m happy with! Likewise for concealer (although the drugstore concealer world has been making some huge strides lately)!
I present you with Hard Candy Glamoflauge Foundation and challenge you to buy it and use it. And proceed to love it.
