Drugstore Makeup Brands
Since I’m the Queen of Concealer it was only right that I run really fast to the nearest Evil Empire (Walmart) and grab me some Hard Candy Glamoflauge Concealer.
Now I didn’t expect much since Hard Candy is geared towards a bit of a younger crowd. Gosh I hate admitting that but in many aspects it is great beauty budget collection but I do think they are trying to grab the attention of teens not women.
However, I, for one, do not follow the rules and I’ve found some gems among the selection of Hard Candy goodies located at my evil empire (insert the imperial march here).
Let’s have a look at this concealer.
I’ve become ever so slightly obsessed with the Wet n Wild ColorIcon Collection after trying the Holiday Palettes. These are seriously amazing palettes for the price and have given me a completely new outlook on the brand and budget beauty. I can be a bit picky when it comes to makeup so it is saying something when I actually LIKE budget makeup.
Since trying and loving the ColorIcon Palettes I was determined to explore more of the line, my first stop, Wet n Wild ColorIcon Eyeliner Pencil.
As you know I’ve been reviewing a few pieces from the new Hard Candy Winter Collection 2010. I took a few photos of the new goodies for you.
I dunno about you but makeup pr0n does it for me so I thought you’d appreciate the pictures.

New shades of Hard Candy Plumping Serum Lipgloss have hit Walmart. Wahoo for cheap plumping lip gloss eh? New shades include pinks, fuschias, and nudes plus a formula that contains optical brighteners that brighten your teeth. Yup, plumps, whitens, walks the dog, it does it all baby!
No seriously though….
I hadn’t tried this gloss when it originally launched but got curious to have a go with the new shades so I picked one up!
Let’s have a look!
I’m kicking myself today for not picking up ALL the shades of Hard Candy Hide & Glow Cheek. You see, I only make a pilgrimage to the evil empire (Walmart) a few times a year and in most cases its because 1. my sister drags me in (her being the Queen of old Wally World and all) or 2. I need to get my Hard Candy fix.
During my recent foray I ended up hauling one of the three shades of Hard Candy Hide & Glow because I was a little meh and worried it wouldn’t be so fabulous but now that I completely love it, I’m left to kick myself around because I really hate the idea of heading back to the evil empire to get the other two shades.
Sod’s law, anything that can go wrong, will go wrong in the case of great makeup.
