I love facial mists particularly in the Summer when I’m misting myself madly to rehydrate my skin and cool it off! I have any number of facial mists but I’m chronically purchasing new ones since I use them so often it’s good to keep a extra stash of ‘em laying hanging around.
Etude House’s Summer 2011 Collection has a new facial mist available which is a refreshing little pick me up that quite reminds me of ones from the Skin Food!
You have to give Etude House props for its great Engrish naming of products. It’s new Aloha Two Two Kiss is so damn original, heavy sarcasm. But Lord knows, I absolutely love them for those cute names that just don’t quite translate correctly in English….!
As you know from a few of my prior posts Korean brand, Etude House took to Hawaii this year for its Summer Collection.
Here’s a look at the Etude House Aloha Two Two Kiss Tints.
I really wish I was saying Aloha from the deck of a fancy hotel in Hawaii with a cool drink that has a umbrella tucked up in it but sadly, this one is coming from the patio of a cafe on a humid night in New York. The ocean, the beach, little umbrellas, and lei are far away from this smog induced city.
However……
Ta da…I have Etude House Aloha Dear Darling Tint in my makeup bag therefore I am magically transported to the Korean version of Hawaii! Actually Korean Hawaii is alot nicer than regular Hawaii as the Korean version includes hotties like Hyun Joong prancing around shirtless on the beach.
Wicked super right?
Technically this is the best I can do with Hyun Joong prancing on a beach, cut me a break ok?
Etude House has released a limited edition collection for Summer entitled Aloha. This is actually a really special release as it includes a bronzing tint.
Listen, anything having to do with bronzing is unheard of in Asia…! This is some serious shiz peeps.
No but seriously bronzing collections are a rarity in Asia so I thought the Etude House Aloha Collection was quite a little novelty plus the really cute Hawaiian inspired packaging and interesting products were worthy of a beg and a plead to a friend in Korea to grab them for me.
Today I’ll be showing you the Etude House Aloha Glitter Sherbet Eyes which are available in three sparkling shades.
As you know from my prior Musings Korean Brand, Etude House has released Miss Tangerine which is a collection that features vibrant shades of orange for Spring.
This is just a follow up post from my recent Etude House Missing U Lip Balm review. Some of you had e-mailed asking if I had the hand creams and I do indeed.
So has anyone successfully gotten their hands on anything from the Etude House Miss Tangerine Collection? If so, what did you think so far? I gotta admit it was a tad disappointing thus far for me aside from the eye palettes which I’m absolutely lovin’!
Today I have the Etude House Miss Tangerine Cream Choux Blusher to review for you!
I have a thing for cute beauty products, obviously right? Etude House introduced a range of hand creams and lip balms several months ago in a baby animal theme which instantly had me at that “awww OMG so cute!” stage.
I’m such a wimp for kawaii makeup.
There are four animals featured on the packaging in the form of a baby penguin, seal, panda, and dolphin. After hauling all four of them I went through the secondary stage, this is the stage after the “awww OMG so cute!” stage as reality sinks in and I sit and wonder why I need four tins of lip balm….and I remember oh yeah, because there cute.
It’s a sickness people.
In the end I ended up keeping two and gifting the others away! See? Sometimes I’m smart.
