What’s new? Tough Monday morning right? Oh my god four and half days off is not good for the soul come Monday morning. My butt is dragging around today something fierce. I’m trying to get stuff cleared up in my office as quickly as possible as stuff keeps flying at me today. The good news is me and my sis put up our office decorations on Wednesday before leaving early so it was nice to come in this morning and be greeted by a little bit of Christmas.
On a side note…you may have noticed I’ve been experiencing some down time here and there on Musings. Grrrrr my host, DreamHost, has been really mucking up badly. I absolutely adore the company and have good luck since my move but the down time I’ve been experiencing is a nightmare at times. Just wanted to give you the heads up if you visit and it’s not loading it would be a problem with the host. If it continues I’ll be moving but we’ll see what happens.
Anyway….how was your T-Day? Mine was lovely! Food coma of course but that’s what Thanksgiving is for right? What did you do? Anyone go out of town? My friend Kenningston headed out of town and he mentioned it was crazy busy, guess it’s a good thing for the economy eh?
How about steals and deals? Anyone snag any good sales? I loaded up this weekend and have almost all my shopping done, PHEW! Now I just need to pick up a few more things for my friends and I’m done.

Seriously, the stash of Hard Candy is already HUGE, who knew they’d go so far to introduce further goodies? Likey Hard Candy, likey very much. According to their tweet a new stash of goodies arrives in store around March. I look forward to seeing it!
Hard Candy Spring Collection 2010 mayhaps? Who knows but either way I like they are taking the initiative to keep the brand fresh!

Hard Candy Mouthing Off Sheer Lip Shine was one of the first items that was sent to be on the re-release of Hard Candy at Walmart. As you know I hauled a slew of Hard Candy recently BUT if I was depending on Hard Candy Mouthing Off Sheer Lip Shine as my marker to decide whether or not I needed more I’d probably end up with nothing.
This one was kinda a fail for me.

Read More...Hard Candy Nobody’s Perfect Concealer Palette is for those of you who aren’t perfect. Granted the Muse happens to be perfect in all ways but for the folks that aren’t quite as incredible as she is, I present to you a concealer palette to help create the illusion of perfect.
I’m kidding, I’m kidding.
I’m far from perfect, particularly when it comes to having to conceal problem areas. My biggest need for concealer stems from tired looking, puffy eyes.

I got a press kit a few days ago for the entire Hard Candy Collection available now at Walmart. I haven’t been over to Walmart as of yet to take a peep…you know the Muse you have to drag her to that place kicking and screaming. Anyway like I said haven’t had a look at the items yet but whoa…after seeing the photos I was kicked over. It’s a HUGE selection of stuff. I think the line is actually bigger now that it’s at Walmart than it was when Hard Candy was a brand all it’s own.
From the looks of it they have over 25 items in a huge array of colors. They even have baked shadows and blushes now! The prices are $6 to $8 bucks each…so cheap. I’m very eager to try out some of it. I got a few items to test out but I want to head to the evil empire and snag some more as truly some bits look incredibly good. I felt like the line was actually more appealing now than it was prior to the merger.
Some folk may feel it’s a bit teen-ish but I thought they did a great job revamping it.
