NARS The Multiple in Puerto Vallarta is a newly launched, limited edition shade for Summer 2013. I love theory of this shade as it’s a subtle shimmering tangerine but like orange lipstick it’s a trend I can’t really pull off.
So yeah, that picture above is PRETTY much how I felt and probably looked when these new Pierre Hardy for NARS Blushes in Boy’s Don’t Cry and Rotonde popped into my inbox. There was snarling, grabby hands, possible drool, and a whole lot of “MINE! MINE! ALL MINE!”
These are stunning, I have a funny feeling you might NEED them.
My eyes are delighted with two new blushes that are appearing in the Pierre Hardy NARS Collection today. Designer Pierre Hardy teams up with NARS to create a fresh color palette inspired by Hardy’s Summer 2013 Shoe Collection.
Six nail polishes as well as two richly hued blushes with shimmering gold overspray in the design’s signature cubic print join this collection for a festival of popping colors this Summer.
I can’t believe discussion of the new NARS Summer 2013 is on the table today but indeed NARS Summer 2013 is the order of business on this fine Monday morning.
The NARS Summer 2012 Collection is a modern spin on the sexy, futuristic glam of the 1970′s that brings a cool, nonconformist color palette to the warm weather.
As far as I’m concerned the Best NARS Blushes are typically their golden peach pink shades. Yeah, I mean Orgasm. NARS perfected the golden peach pink in Orgasm. As far as formula goes on NARS Blushes also has an excellent formula with incredible pigmentation, an easy to apply and blend formula, and a long wear.
Outside of Tarte’s range of blushes I’d say NARS tops in as a favorite of mine.
So which are the best shades?
These are my picks for Best NARS Blushes that you should own!
I’m not sure what I expected from the new NARS Satin Lip Pencil Collection but what I got was a surprise. I think I thought maybe they’d have a semi-matte pigmented formula.
I’m hearing so many raves for the new NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer! I can’t believe how well received these are. Being a concealer junkie you know I had to get my hands on some and try them out for size.
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer ($28) launches next month in stores (I believe Sephora.com is already stocking them) and sound like a true dream concealer promising full coverage with a crease-proof, long wearing formula.
These are available in ten shade selections all of which, from what I’ve tested and seen, have a peach or yellow undertone. This type of undertone proves excellent for diffusing the look of dark circles.
I feel like Emily the Strange this morning wearing NARS Persia Single Eyeshadow. It creates that sunken in goth girl eye look. I used it with a bit of brown as the shade is too intense to be worn alone. Even though, if it was up to me, I’d probably wear it all over my lid and happily go around with bright tangerine lids.
Shrug, I’ve worn weirder shades in the past I’m sure.
I just picked up NARS Blush in Torrid a month or two ago. Although I have yet to do so yet, I’m really on a mission to own every NARS Blush shade in the known universe.
There blushes are pricey but well worth owning as they apply easily, have the best pigment, and wear all damn day. That last part is super important to me.
Being obsessed with peaches and particularly consumed with the way NARS does them I picked up Torrid.
NARS Blush in Seduction is part of the NARS Spring 2013 Collection. Described as a sangria shade this is one of those bold shades of color that tanned and darker skin tones will absolutely adore.
It’s a deep, rich red wine that packs quite a punch!
