Imagine if Shiseido created an eyeshadow palette with more than three shades. Oh wait no need to imagine the Shiseido Eye Color Bar Palette for Fall 2013 has NINE shades of color.
But yup, you read it right! The new Shiseido Eye Color Bar Palette is a vibrant color palette created by Shiseido’s Artistic Director, Dick Page, and includes nine beautiful shades of color to mix, blend, or use individually to create endless looks!
I think I’m in love.
On September 15th you can grab this color loving palette for $50 at www.shiseido.com or visit Shiseido Facebook page on 9/9 for an exclusive advance access to purchase one week before it becomes available online!
What do you think of this color selection for Fall looks?
Dior CC Primer Radiance Booster Color Correcting Primer ($49) is incredible, what a great facial primer! Ok, the end. I don’t have to say anything else? Ok, I’ll tell you more! Even though Dior’s new Airflash Matte Touch Long Lasting Airy Powder didn’t quite work out for me I had absolutely no issues with the brand new Dior CC Primer Radiance Booster Color Correcting Primer!
You NEED to at least try it.
Guerlain Les Voilettes Evanescent Pressed Powder ($56) is a new fine pressed powder from Guerlain that’s available in three shade selections for the Fall season. This gorgeous little creation marries subtle pigments and the delightfully flirty scent of violets into a beautifully presented translucent setting powder.
Take a look!
Clarins Crayon Kohl Eye Pencil ($25) is a new long lasting eye pencil released for Fall 2013 in eight shades of color. The first time I met and fell in love with an pencil eyeliner from Clarins was the Fall of 2009. It was a blue eye pencil and I thought to myself I’d never use a shade like this. Fast forward a year later and I swear there was very little of that pencil left to call my own. I sharpened it down to a nub….! Soon after I snagged a black pencil in the same formula and had the same experience.
With so many finishes, formulas, and tech-y little eyeliner pencils available at the moment I think we sometimes forget that the simplest pleasures in life comes from a pencil eyeliner which is why I was excited to head back to my makeup past and try out Clarins new Crayon Kohl Eye Pencils.
Ok, so Dior Airflash Matte Touch is possibly the most unique, interesting, and fun product I’ve run across this year. Essentially Dior Airflash Matte Touch Long-Lasting Airy Powder is simply a spray powder. I actually expected this to be some sort of mattifying spray kinda like Urban Decay De-Slick or even one of Skindinavia facial mists. Of course, I expected it to be a finer mist….what I didn’t expect is a face powder, in a can, that I can mist, on my face.
