Guerlain has introduced three shades of Ombre Cream Eyeshadows with their new Terra Inca Summer Collection 2011.
If you’ve been yearning for the new MAC Big Bounce Eyeshadows but have been crushed at the really bad reviews they have been receiving I highly suggest saving your change and investing in a worthy cream shadow such as these.
At $35 these aren’t cheap but they are incredibly gorgeous with a dreamy formula. I’ll be reviewing shortly but here are a few swatches to wet your appetite.
Thierry Mugler Cooling Effect Concealer is a product I’ve wanted to try for a very, very long time but for some reason its been on and off my radar and I never actually hauled it until recently.
At $45 this is no cheap concealer and I fear I do fall into the trap of believing a higher price tag will prove a better quality product and in most cases, let’s face it, that’s the truth isn’t it?
The actual product is a light blue concealer which could raise a few eyebrows but I’ve actually successfully used blue concealers before and they do diffuse darkness rather well. The promise of the blue shade and a cooling formula proved to good to resist so finally I took the plunged and purchased this.
Here are my thoughts!
A barely there face terrifies me. Please I need my concealer, I need my blush, I need my eyeshadow…
But if Bobbi promises me a barely there face that works, well, I believe her.
The Bobbi Brown Almost Bare Collection for Summer 2011 is a small selection of products that Bobbi choose to create that gorgeous, sun kissed look after a day at the beach. Not alot of makeup but just enough to give you that your skin but better experience.
NARS keeps churning out the the gift sets lately which is always a pleasure since it saves a ton of money….the new NARS Makeup Your Mind Express yourself Nordstrom Exclusive Sets are sure to please as these contain some fabulous, full size products at a really great savings.
Vera Wang Preppy Princess had a certain Gossip Girl feel about it when it released earlier this Spring and keeping true to form the brand introduces everyone’s fab love to hate her Gossip Girl, Leighton Meester, as the new covergirl for the Fall 2011 fragrance release of Vera Wang Lovestruck.
In a modern day love story set in downtown New York City (my modern love story would take place in China Town, midnight, and there would be ninjas…just sharin’) the Lovestruck ad campaign features Leighton Meester in a Vera Wang gown as she leans over a fire escape, awaiting the arrival of her Romeo, who races towards her with a bouquet of flowers for their Lovestruck moment (my Romeo would be leaping over the fire escape while performing some stealthy ninja move and carrying a bowl of Jjamppong).
I don’t have details about the fragrance yet but I thought I’d thought I’d share my lovestruck moment and the promo image for the upcoming Vera Wang Lovestruck Fragrance.
Are you a fan of Vera Wang fragrances?
Think it’ll prove lovely?
Will Chuck ask Blair to marry him for the season finale?
