I’m so pissy about True Blood this season.
First off, can it be sex time now for Sookie and Eric? Jesus, every time they are about to kiss or get it on something interrupts the action. STOP teasing me!
Secondly, Robin Quivers completely ruined True Blood for me. I was listening to Howard Stern a week or two ago and he was discussing the series and saying how much he loves it and Robin buts in about everything that is wrong with it this season. Suddenly, my fan girl-dom got crushed and I realized she was right and I was blinded by the fandom for a minute not realizing all the things really wrong with the series this season.
She was saying how there are WAY too many story lines and she’s right.
- Jason and the Panthers and the whole gross Ghost Daddy thing! Ew!
- Do we really need Werewolves, Panthers, and Shapeshifters?
- Witches, Wicca, Etc…
- Fairies, short lived in the beginning but still apart of the show.
- Eric’s memory loss.
- Pam’s rotting OMG PAM!
- Bill the King.
- Evil Baby.
- Sam covering up the ‘rents death.
There are so MUCH going on….I got a headache from all the storylines….do we really need to have an evil baby? That was really the final straw for me.
But aside from that you know I still love me the show.
Thoughts?
Way too much going on or is just right for you?
At least I got me some Tarte for True Blood Natural Cheek Stain but someone has to remind the kids at Tarte this is True Blood not Edward Cullen. What’s the dealio with all the shimmers?

My trip to pre-book my Nordstrom Anniversary Beauty Exclusives (can’t believe I left with the new Dior fragrance only WTH!) wasn’t a complete bust!
I ended up hauling some goodies from the new Laura Mercier Canyon Collection which proved as stunning in person as they did in their promo pictures.
The colors are very autumn and you’ll be delighted with them if you love rich berries, glow-y sunsets, and lush, warm shades of brown and green. As I played and swatched it I couldn’t help but yearn for a palette as Laura choose to release single shades of shadows with this collection.
Let’s take a look!

Victoria’s Secret Beauty Rush Radiant Blush is a new goodie that launched recently in the every evolving Beauty Rush Collection.
I kinda squealed a little upon seeing them at VS as I really enjoy the Beauty Rush Collection and just think it’s rather fun for makeup junkies like myself to see new bits and bobs pop up to keep things fresh and lively.
The latest launch is three shades of powder blush for $7 each or the typical 4 for $20 mix and match.
Let’s take a peek at some of the blushes I hauled!

I didn’t have images to share on my original post but I was lucky enough to get some products to try out and swatch and review for you as there are alot of questions about whether these are similar to what E.L.F. already has on offer on its main site!
So far, to me, these look completely new but feel free to correct me.
Let’s take a peek first at the E.L.F. Cosmetics Blush & Bronzer Palette!
