I don’t typically like stick blushes but I’m all over the new Sephora Pastel Pop Color Adapt Blush ($14) this week. This is one of those “perfect shades” of blush that reacts and adjusts to the pH of your skin to create your perfect shade of pink.
Meh…you know how I feel about color adapting makeup right? Good, we don’t need to rehash.
On the up side…loving this very cute, wearable shade of pink blusher!
Coral Burst Blush is one of three new limited edition shades released with the Maybelline Goes Electric Collection for Spring 2013.
Being obsessed with all things coral this was something that stuck out for me as a must have. I’m really upset with myself at the moment as I ran across two full displays and only hauled one. This is the type of shade you’ll want to have a back up of as it truly is a unique color.
Take a peek!
Maybelline Blush in Wild Blossom is one of three new baked blushes released with the Maybelline Color Goes Electric Collection. I picked up Wild Blossom on a whim as it quite reminded me of MAC Sakura Mineralize Blush released with the MAC Quite Cute Collection.
This a cool shimmering lilac shade that won’t work well on everyone. I knew for a fact I’d probably look silly in it but it was such a unique and different blush shade I decided to give it a try.
You NEED to get your hands on the new Bare Escentuals The Natural High Ready Blush which was released with the Bare Escentuals Remix Spring 2013 Collection. You love NARS Orgasm? Love Tarte Glisten? The Natural High will be your new best friend forever.
Don’t bother read the rest of the post.
Ok, read it if you must.
Lancome Blush in Love Powder Blush launched with the Lancome Spring 2013 Collection. This is Lancome’s fresh, youthful take on makeup because really, I know you’re thinking “Oh Lancome, that’s my grandma’s makeup!”.
But with Emma Watson modeling for Lancome the past two years or so the brand has started to gather a much more younger generation of makeup users. And with cute offerings like the Blush in Love Palettes why wouldn’t they?
I love Lancome’s makeup but yes, sometimes it does feel a little more mature and grown up. So it’s refreshing to see a more youthful and “fun” collection from the brand.
Take a look!
