Estee Lauder Pure Color Blush ($28) launched earlier this Spring in a range of sixteen shades. I think these are easily overlooked since Estee Lauder is written off as a more “mature” or “older” brand.
I admit even I have dubbed it “grandma” makeup. But honestly, since creative director, Tom Pecheux, has joined the brand I feel like new life has been breath into many of the collections launched.
I have a hardcore lemming for Tom Ford Blushes however, I’m unsure if I’m ready to take the near $60 plunge to own one of these wonderful creations.
I must say that Estee Lauder Pure Color Blush has cured some of those lemmings. These are an affordable, luxury blush that’s well worth checking out. I have a feeling once you tried one you’ll want to grab up all the shades like me.

The Jill Stuart Patisserie Mix Blush Compact are available in two limited edition shades for Fall 2012. Jill Stuart Mix Blush isn’t really a new product but it gets re-packaged for the Patisserie Collection in a new white eyelet compact.
I love what Jill Stuart did with this collection in terms of packaging. It’s a refreshing change from her typical mirror compacts.
Let’s take a look!

At a glance and a swatch Skin Food Sugar Cookie Blush is incredibly disappointing. Perhaps for a super fair skin tone but for me? No go.
I purchased it in Winter Cherry, proceeded to swatch it and was crushed that it barely showed up on my skin. I liked the color and was kinda hopeful it would prove a more pink version of Tarte Glisten but that swatch really slayed me.
Needless to say I tossed it on the side for a few days and almost didn’t bother trying it out.
Sure glad I finally reached for it!
It’s lovely!

Ahhh NARS Orgasm. Love it but hate the shimmer factor? I must be a completely crazy person but I honestly don’t see the problem with O or Super O. Super Orgasm definitely has sparkle, no doubt. Big azz chunky glitter style sparkle but…you can buff it easily away. And O, well, it just has this iridescent glow to it that’s so damn gorgeous.
People can preach to me daily that they feel both shades are incredibly overrated but I simply stick my fingers in my ears and go, LA-LA-LA-LA!
I love the shade. It’s just the perfect golden pink peach.
Ok, so we established you dislike the shimmer…
Have you met NARS Deep Throat?

You have to ask yourself how much make up do you really need? Particularly when you’re as big a beauty junkie as I am. But hey, we all have our vices, I just have too many haha (makeup, manga, comic books, games, books…eep!).
The thing is when I originally saw the Bobbi Brown Instant Pretty Collection on QVC I had to ask myself if I really needed it but after I got it I was happy I decided to purchase it as it contains such classical pieces of makeup that are truly practical and pretty for simple, natural looks.

What’s better than a single Sleek Make Blush? Three of ‘em! There’s just something about variety when it comes to makeup and more is always the order of business as far as I’m concerned.
Sleek recently introduced their Blush by 3 Palettes which includes three next to full size blushes in a single slim line compact. I actually ordered ALL the shades after getting a press sample for review but I had issues with my order boo! So I only have the one shade to review for you today but will follow up with swatches of the others when they arrived.

Although I reviewed and kinda sorta trashed the Lunasol Glowing Powder Cheeks Blush in a past post I was terribly tempted by the limited edition EX03 shade that was released with the Lunasol Summer 2012 Collection.
This shade combines a pretty orange and a peachy pink in one powder that can be used together or separately.

Japanese Brand, Majolica Majorca, has released two new, limited edition shades of Puff de Cheek for Summer 2012 in Cherry and Raspberry Macaron.
Puff de Cheek’s original formula is a bit on the chalky side and I wasn’t terribly impressed enough to Muse Approve when I originally reviewed it but I must say that these new shades are worth a glance.
