Seriously, though in most cases skin tone adapting anything doesn’t exactly work. The idea is innovative, the concept is way cool for beauty lovers who just want something that will fit them perfectly, and let’s face it our simple side is thinking how cool it would be to buy something that just works the first time, no color matching required, it’ll adapt!

Feels like my eyes are always extra puffy in the AM…correct that, one of my eyes has baggage that I carry my lunch to work in. No but seriously, true story, one of my eyes always has a bit of puff going and I thank the makeup Gods daily for concealer to hide that particularly woe along with finer lines, darkness, etc….
Pixi WakeUp Concealer is a brand new concealer releasing with the Pixi Beauty Fall 2011 Collection that promises airbrushed results and buildable coverage for camflouaging all those pesky under eye problems.

Almay Wake Up Under Eye Concealer is a new concealer that promises to conceal and depuff. Is it me or does every single new concealer that comes out promise to depuff under eyes?
Maybe they read my blog and realize I need a little depuffing action. Honestly, they NEVER work though. They might conceal the puff but not treat it.
Anyway, I avoided this particular concealer for a while since it’s a squeeze tube with a brush application. No likey the packaging. I knew it would prove messy and I was right but I decided to give it a whirl anyway as that “wake up” bit had me….anything that wakes my eyes up or promises to ends up capturing my attention easily.

This one had me intrigued even though my gut instinct is to turn tail and run in the opposite direction whenever I see new drugstore concealers, I’m of the mentality that concealer is a splurge item.
Supposedly this one will erase dark circles and diminish puffiness. I’m having my love, hate relationship with it at the moment.
Korres has extended its popular Quercetin & Oak Collection by adding a new concealer to the line up! This little guy promises long lasting, crease-free coverage to conceal dark circles while reducing the appearance of fine lines.
Hyaluronic acid is added into the mix for an emollient formula that moisturizers dry skin and keeps it hydrated.
