Tarte Colored Clay CC Eye Primer Stick Review & Swatches

Tarte Colored Clay CC Eye Primer Stick1

Tarte Colored Clay CC Eye Primer Stick ($19) is a new universal eye primer with color correcting colored clay that launched with the Tarte Fall 2014 Collection. Tarte Colored Clay CC Eye Primer Stick is definitely marketed as a product you can use to brighten up your eyelids as well as a prep for your eyeshadows.

Let’s see!
