A “wonder” edition of MAC’s PenUltimate releases with the MAC Wonder Woman Collection. It’s the last piece I have to review for you in the collection and not necessarily one you’ll need if you already snatched it up with MAC Venomous Villains unless of course, you absolutely have to have it due to the special packaging.
Let’s take a look!
Physicians Formula has new trios of gel eyeliners available for Spring. These basically have to look of a MAC Technakohl with a swivel up design. At a price of $10.95 for three you’re getting quite a nice deal here so if you’re a budget shopper these might be one to check out.
Jump ahead for my thoughts!
I purchased the Stila Dramatic Eye Palette during the Stila Online Warehouse several weeks ago. Sadly, it’s now gone from the site however I have a funny feeling during their next sale it’ll pop up again however if you simply can’t wait to try it after my review I do suggest E-bay as I’ve seen a few valid sellers that have it available for as little as $10!
The Dramatic Eye Palette is pretty much the same design as the $10 IT Girl Palette released a few months ago. It contains three shadows and the set I purchase also included a brush and eyeliner pencil. I can’t recall what I paid for the entire set but it was in the realms of $14 I think!?
Here’s a brief review and swatches if and when it pops back up at Stila.
The holidays may be over by I’m still all about sparkling shades of gold. Gold really helps lighten up my eyes and takes away the attention from dark circles, fine lines, and other scary eye woe. Gold just works well throughout the seasons doesn’t it? I can’t think of a single season which gold can’t be incorporated in, can you? Summer, Spring, Fall, the Holidays…you name it and you can def get away with some gorgeous gold!
Illamasqua Precision Ink in Alchemy fits the bill for sparkling gold….
Revlon has brand new Luxurious Color Smoky Crayons available for Spring 2011. These pencils mimic the idea of MAC Greasepaint or MAC Shadesticks. It’s basically a chubby pencil which you can use to fill your lid and blend out for a smoked look. If you already own Greasepaints and Shadesticks in various shades you probably won’t absolutely need the Revlon Smoky Crayon however it is a nice budget option to have available!
Let’s have a peek!
