Ahhh the great debate. Should you indulge in the E.L.F. Endless Eyes Pro Mini Eyeshadow Palette or shouldn’t you? 32 Eyeshadows, sponge applicator, mirror, nice slim compact, $5 buck price tag….sounds dreamy right? Where could you possibly go wrong indulging since the price isn’t too bad….
This year E.L.F. has two of these limited edition palettes available for the Holidays. The one I’ll be reviewing here today is the mini version which includes 32 shadows for $5 bucks and there’s another, which I didn’t purchase, that includes 100 eyeshadows for $10 bucks.
First off, these are obviously way popular because they are sold out however E.L.F. is allowing orders for when they do come back in stock. Secondly, I purchased mine on a sheer whim because I know alot of people wanted to hear about it, see photos, etc…prior to purchasing it for themselves. And thirdly, I am a bit of a makeup snob and palettes like this don’t always garner my love and attention. Slapping 100’s of eyeshadow into a palette can prove great particularly from brands like Urban Decay, hey bring that on, but present me with one from E.L.F. and I’m naturally a little wary about the quality.
Let’s have a look and see if this bad boy lives up to it’s “professional status” as dubbed by E.L.F.
Visee is a branch off brand from Kose and is sold or used to be sold exclusively in Japan. Since my earlier ventures into Visee, its become available in other parts of Asia but not within the US.
It’s been a while since I purchased any Visee Eye Palettes. The joy of a great Visee Palette was definitely not as appealing as it once was considering the brand started becoming a tad repetitive, color wise, for me.
I did feel like the Visee Royal Party Glam Nude Eye Palettes deserved a purchase particularly Blond Fur which felt different and unique enough to buy and not a constant rehash of the same colors the brand favors as of late.
Let’s have a look!
After my great success with the Sephora Flashy Liner Gift Set I was all about indulging in a few more of Sephora’s Holiday Gift Sets. I never have any good luck with Sephora makeup but I’m loving some of these Holiday sets.
It’s possible that lightening can strike twice right?
Dude, I got lost this morning.
Not the kinda lost that requires map quest but the kind that requires a face chart, ASAP, pronto. The Bobbi Brown Smoldering Eye Palette is rock-a-locking like nobody’s beeswax but I was so clueless how to use it. The palette is made up of four decadent shades of color and looks so amazing but damn I was really lost for a while trying to figure out a look using it.
Ok, so who hauled the Stila Color Wheel Eye Shadow Palette? Damn, isn’t it massive? This thing is bigger than my head yo! I love it! Stila definitely goes the traditional route with palettes and they don’t really veer from the well walked path, not that that’s a bad thing mind you but it does become comfortable for the makeup junkies among us and hey who wants comfortable? We want different, we want unique, we want new and exciting and fresh!
The Stila Color Wheel Eye Shadow Palettes brings it. This is truly like nothing Stila has released in the past. Mind you they have been hitting the idea hard because they have another color wheel palette in similar colors plus a natural one that was released recently however this one is the biggest and baddest of the three.
I absolutely love it.
