Bare Minerals The Royals Ready 8.0 Eyeshadow Palette ($36) is a brand new 8 pan eyeshadow palette that launched on QVC.com for Summer 2015. Last year, Bare Minerals introduced the Nude Beach Ready Eyeshadow Palette on QVC and it remained exclusive to QVC for a little bit before it became part of Bare Mineral’s recent Ready Eyeshadow Palette launch for Spring 2015.
So I imagine the Bare Minerals The Royals Ready Eyeshadow Palette won’t remain exclusive to QVC for long but as of now QVC is the only place I’ve had the please of seeing it!
Let’s take a look!
Colourpop Flipper Super Shock Shadow, names apparently due to the user’s tendency to flip out upon application haha, is a new Colourpop Super Shock Eyeshadow that launched with the Colourpop Summer 2015 Collection.
Can I just say that Colourpop has really been on a roll lately with new releases? There’s quite a good deal of delicious products launching lately including the Colourpop Highlighters, the new blushes, and of course, now the Rumer Willis Collaboration.
Let’s take a look at Colourpop Flipper!
Colourpop Nillionaire Super Shock Eyeshadow ($5) is one of a few new shades of eyeshadow that launched with the Colourpop Summer 2015 Collection and oh so afford at five bucks! Going into this purchase I was quite excited because Nillionaire is a really gorgeous warm bronze shade. Honestly, Colourpop’s swatches and images do not do this one justice!
But be warned, it’s a glitter bomb!

Tarte Beauty in the Basics Set ($47) is a May QVC’s Today’s Special that debuts May 11th and includes six full size Tarte products including the new Tarte Smoothing Balm Foundation. As always with these QVC sets you’re really getting an excellent value and a nice bang for your buck especially since you’ll be trying out brand new products in the set.
There’s been a lot of chatter though that the Beauty in the Basics Set is a bit repetitive due to the shades of eyeshadow in the palette. I understand, Tarte does in fact do a lot of nude, neutral eyeshadow palettes but honestly, I tried and review the Tarte Amazon Clay of Life Colored Clay Eyeshadow Palette and you might just want to take a chance on it as it appears Tarte has reformulated their eyeshadows for this palette and did a damn good job of it too.
Let’s take a peek!
The Tarte Amazon Clay of Life Colored Clay Eyeshadow Palette debuts on May 11th within the new Tarte Beauty in the Basics QVC May Today’s Special Value Set which includes six full size Tarte products.
The Tarte Amazon Clay of Life Colored Clay Eyeshadow Palette deserves a post all its own because it is amazing. I’ve been hearing a lot of the Tarte Beauty in the Basics set being, well, basic! Lots of people want to see a little color from Tarte as they are a little bored with the nudes and neutrals that the plan favors. I admit I had a little moment where I was like, “Oh, hmm, another neutral palette!?”
But apparently they did some crazy formulation change and I’m all about it!
