Covergirl Ready Set Gorgeous Foundation is a new oil free foundation that Covergirl is launching for Summer 2014 (it’s actually already in stores).
Covergirl Ready Set Gorgeous Oil Free Foundation is a product that should be appealing to a more youthful ground since Covergirl has Katy Perry promoting it plus the packaging is a little bit fun and hip as well.
If you like lighter, creamier coverage you’ll enjoy this.

Lunasol Modeling Beige Skin is a new, innovative base product that recently launched in Japan that was inspired by Lunasol’s popular Skin Modeling Eyes Beige Beige.
They call the effect of this a mannequin or model skin finish. Hmmm mannequin skin? Is that a thing now? That idea scared me a bit but having great experience with Lunasol foundations and other base products I suspected Modeling Beige Skin would be fantastic.
Shall we see?
Becca Ultimate Coverage Complexion Creme combines excellent full coverage in a very lightweight, breathable formula. I know lightweight and full coverage in the same sentence has to be an oxymoron of some sort but truly this formula provides excellent coverage in a formula I’m completely comfortable wearing.
I personally like sheerer coverage since I don’t require full coverage but if all full coverage products were as weightless as this I’d have no issues switching to a fuller coverage foundation product.
Guerlain Terracotta Joli Teint Healthy Glow Fluid Foundation ($53) is either one of the greatest foundations I’ve ever used or one of the most confusing.
Guerlain Terracotta Joli Teint Healthy Glow Fluid Foundation is a new weightless foundation that released with the Guerlain Summer 2014 Collection which has corrective properties so skin looks radiant and even in a single application.
The confusion sets in because I see many descriptions saying this gives a touch of Summer to skin but technically that isn’t true….it almost makes it sound like it’s a bronzing foundation product of sorts. A foundation with perhaps a hint of bronze-y tint? It can be a bit weird reading the details on it.
I think it might just be a must have if you’re a fond fan of Guerlain base products as I thought it provided sheer, breathable coverage with a gorgeous finish.
So I’ve been very delayed bringing you my review of Bare Minerals Bare Skin Serum Foundation. I pre-ordered the Bare Skin Serum Foundation as soon as it launched on QVC and I got it soon after my order. I must have been lucky because mine arrived soon after I ordered but I’m hearing people just got their order recently?! I’m not sure why I was lucky but I was so I had nearly a month to use it and play around with it etc…!
Basically the Bare Minerals Bare Skin Serum Foundation is both a mineral foundation and a skincare serum in one. It provides coverage as it treats your skin.
Interesting concept right? When I first heard about it I was thinking of perhaps a Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua Ultra Light Skin Perfecting Makeup style formula but this is actually completely unique to some of the new fad liquid foundations. Most formulas I’ve tried in this area are typically water based but also have a gel-like consistency. THIS is a fluid foundation but it has more of a serum, watery texture versus a gel.
Let’s take a look.
