Lush Maple Taffy Lip Balm came across as a tad weird for a Holiday release. I think maple and I automatically think Fall. But Lush released it as special ode to Canadian friends, inspired by the tradition of tapping maple sap and making sweet candy treats from it.
Oh Lush, have I told you lately that I love you? Mmm forget it, I tell you too often. Don’t want you getting a big head about it now!
But I will say I simply adore your new It Started with a Kiss Lip Tint!
Gorgeous stuff, you need it.
Anyone check out the Payless Beauty selection yet? Yes, your local shoe store has cosmetics, whoa!
I picked up a few pieces and I’ve been busy exploring a little bit to see what sorts of products are worth your dollar and whether you need ‘em or not.
Today I have one of the Unforgettable Moments Lip Balms in Dewy Rose. It’s cute little pot of balm for $3.99, could prove a sweet budget fine.
Let’s check it out!
For the record Marie Antoinette probably never uttered the words, “Let Them Eat Cake!” but lord knows it’s one of those saying that has stuck around for centuries and in some ways has been romanticized to the max.
Whether you’re fond lover of Miss Antoinette, the French, or simply the saying “Let Them Eat Cake!”, you might very well find the joy in TokyoMilk Bon Bon Lip Balm in Let Them Eat Cake.
Egyptians believed that the dead would need their organs in the afterlife so they stored some of them in canopic jars. Don’t ask me why but my morbid little brain instantly compared the new Josie Maran Argan Lip Treatment to one of those canopic jars only difference is Josie isn’t storing a stomach or an intestine in this little jar, she’s storing a lip treatment that’s rather delicious and awesome.
And those of us who adore Epyptian history may find the joy in the little jar it comes stored in, gross organ parts aside of course.
