There comes a day in ever makeup lover’s life when products like Urban Decay Ultimate Ozone Multipurpose Primer Pencil ($20) comes in damn handy! At first, Urban Decay Ultimate Ozone Multipurpose Primer Pencil was a total nay for me but the more I use it the more it becomes an essential part of my lipstick and gloss routine especially for shades that simply DO NOT want to apply correctly.
I recently picked up Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar Primer during the Sephora VIB/Rouge Sale as I thought it would be a handy tool to have around to prep lips prior to applying Lip Tar. I’m a complete n00b to the Lip Tar formula so I’ve been experimenting a lot lately and as much as I love these I find some shades tend to migrate or even end up falling into the natural lines of my lips.
My hope was that Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar Primer was the solution to making my Lip Tars long wearing as well as perfectly flawless on my lips.
Here’s some thoughts!
Have you ever had those terrifying moments where your lipgloss or lipstick literally creeps from your lips to your chin and over to your cheek and up the side of your face?
Ok, obviously that was dramatized for effect but seriously, I’ve had gloss that literally decided it wanted to be worn on my cheek instead of my mouth.
