I got brave and walked out of the house today and last night with tangerine lipgloss from the Sephora + Pantone Universe Color of the Year Lipgloss Set.

You ever have those days where you tried something completely wrong for you but proceed to pose in front of the mirror and tell yourself how bloody brilliant it looks on you.

I had that moment this morning with tangerine lipgloss but I walked into my office and my sister quickly me brought back to down to earth when she said it looked like the Joker met the Wet and Wild Lipstick display.

Damn her! She’s right.

I seriously can’t do oranges.

But I tried, I failed, but it was fun none the less and it doesn’t take away from the fact I’m so slapping a Muse Approval on the new Sephora + Pantone Universe Color of the Year Lipgloss Set.

I match.

Yup, I do.

I match my eyeshadow to my shirts and blouses, my chucks to my t-shirts, etc…etc…I’m a matcher. Some folks think this should be outlawed but it’s all about personal style isn’t it?

I guess that’s why I’m completely in lust with the idea of the new Butter London Lippy Lipgloss Collection. NYX Mood Lipgloss Affectionate is the last of the four Mood Glosses from NYX. I actually like these glosses a lot. They don’t have a terribly great wear time but they have a hydrating feel, a mirror-like finish, and they tint lips a delightful shade.
