Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain promise the shine of a gloss, moisture of a balm, long wear of a stain, and the opaque coverage of a lipstick.
Available in 12 shades the new Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain formula is a nod to recently recent releases like Maybelline Color Elixir and L’Oreal Extraordinaire as well as Almay Color + Care Liquid Lip Balm.
These are a thicker product that do veer off into the realms of hybrid because they aren’t quite a gloss nor are they are a lipstick but more like a liquid like balm of sorts. They most remind me of Almay’s Liquid Lip Balm but not textured as similarly as Color Elixir or Extraordinaire both of which I find much lighter and less pigmented.

Summer’s here (almost) so that means it is time for a great time for Julia’s Lip Tint! And if you’re already a fan you’ll be happy to know she’s revamped the packaging to include an attached wand as well as added a new shade for Spring/Summer called Pink Pop!
YSL Baby Doll Kiss and Blush is a new Lips & Cheeks Blush Stain with a mousse-like texture that launched for Spring 2014 in an array of twelve shades.
I’m positive those with oily skin will adore these as they do have a matte finish with a stronger wear.

After my fiasco with Wet n Wild Megalast Liquid Lip Color I wasn’t sure I was ready to jump into bed with Wet n Wild Vicious Varnish High Shine Lip Stain ($4.99 at Walgreens).
Wet n Wild Fergie Vicious Varnish High Shine Lip Stain is a new lipgloss stain available in ten shades for Spring 2014 that apparently will be a permanent part of the Wet n Wild Fergie Centerstage Collection.
I didn’t address it in my Wet n Wild BB Cream Review or my Wet n Wild Fergie On Edge Long Wearing Eye Pencil but the prices sure have went up on Wet n Wild products since Fergie became their spokesperson. I read a few reviews that the Wet n Wild Vicious Varnish High Shine Lip Stain was $3.50 but I got mine at Walgreens it was $4.99. By Wet n Wild standards that’s pretty high!
Here’s some thoughts!
Benefit Lollitint is a new Candy Orchid Tinted Lip and Cheek Stain that Benefit recently launched for Spring 2014. Perhaps Benefit had some prior knowledge of the new Pantone Color of the Year for 2014 because this purple shade of cheek stain is RIGHT on trend for the Spring season.
