Ulta Brilliant Color Eyeshadow ($10) is a new L’Oreal Infallible Eyeshadow dupe that popped up recently at Ulta which I wanted to try out!
I actually got them on sale for Buy 1, Get 1 Free but I should say at $10 each I think I’d rather stick with L’Oreal’s version as those are $7.99 and considerably more pigmented. Granted, not that these are sheer but I do think you get a bit more bang for your buck with L’Oreal’s version so my suggestion is wait for a sale and don’t go purchasing them for $10 each!
Take a look!
The verdict is still out on Tarte Smooth Operator Amazonian Clay Pressed Finishing Powder! I’m still trying to figure out exactly what Tarte has going on with this formula.
At a glance I thought it might be like NARS Reflecting Setting Powder as it has that frozen ice appearance and texture but after trying it…well, I’m not sure what to think!
Oh how I wanted to love you Bare Minerals Well Rested CC Eye Primer but you make it so hard!
Bare Minerals Well Rested CC Eye Primer is a color-correcting eye primer that released in the Bare Minerals Well Rested Bright Eyes Fatigue Fighting Trio that’s available exclusively on QVC.com. If you want this you do need to purchase the trio set to grab it which includes this along with a full size Well Rested Eye Brightener Powder and Brush for application.
I loved the idea of the CC Eye Primer as it acts as an all over concealer of sorts to extend the wear of your shadow and even can be used under eyes to prep with but…
All the raving is true NYX Butter Lipstick ($6) is all that and a bag of chips. These new lightweight buttery lipsticks have a gorgeous glide across lips with a nice moist feel and excellent pigment.
What more could you want for six bucks?
Total cheap thrill!
Maybelline Blush Burst Baby Lips is another shade of limited edition Baby Lips Lip Balm released with the Maybelline Pink’ed Collection.
Weirdly enough Blush Burst is my favorite shade and it has zero pigment.
