I admit if makeup is pretty or cute, it proves far more appealing to me. I put a great deal of importance on packaging and I feel every so inclined to make a purchase if the packaging proves gorgeous.
Shallow much? Maybe but most makeup junkies can’t deny that packaging seals the deal.
The new Pixi Glow Collection is a Spring Collection that Pixi collaborated with Disney on. The packaging features the most famous pixie of all, Tinkerbell herself. For the packaging details Pixi worked with a Disney artist and the re-imagined version created of Tinkerbell is rather amazing. They took Tink from the realms of cute to a rather lovely sophisticated elegance and that re-imagined image of her decorates the new limited edition Pixi Glow Fairy Face Palette.
Dude, it’s a Disney collaboration, what’s not to get excited ’bout here right?
Pixi teamed up with Disney and our darling Tinkerbell to create a gorgeous little collection of Spring goodies that Tink herself would probably squeal over.
I was lucky enough to get a sneak peek of the collection early but you’ll be able to get your greedy little hands on it soon from Target.com and Target.
Let’s take a little peek at the Pixi Magic Tink Tint ($16)!
MAC Mineralize Skinfinishes in Blonde and Redhead are back for Spring with the new MAC Naturally Collection. What was it? Last year they were released? Help me here, throw me a bone, the collections are all starting to run together, I have a migraine, I have to lay down.
Btw did anyone see Sleeping Beauty yet? My inner teenage boy demands to snort and tell you that Emily Browning was completely nekkid in it. I love me some Indie films. We should just sit around and dissect it together, what the hell does it all mean?
…but unfortunately we have MAC business to attend to!
I kinda sorta wished that MAC Naturally would have included a nude, natural quad or some nude shades of shadow, not Mineralize Shadows. I normally like Mineralize Shadows but I noticed that they stick around in my stash unused and unloved alot more than regular potted MAC shadows.
But it does look like MAC Naturally has a few shades that might be worthy a pick up!
