Colourpop Flipper Super Shock Shadow, names apparently due to the user’s tendency to flip out upon application haha, is a new Colourpop Super Shock Eyeshadow that launched with the Colourpop Summer 2015 Collection.
Can I just say that Colourpop has really been on a roll lately with new releases? There’s quite a good deal of delicious products launching lately including the Colourpop Highlighters, the new blushes, and of course, now the Rumer Willis Collaboration.
Let’s take a look at Colourpop Flipper!
MAC Crisp Whites Blush ($24.50) is one of two new, limited edition MAC Blush shades that launched with the MAC Wash & Dry Summer 2015 Makeup Collection.
Earlier this month I was talking about how the lipstick index seemed to be taking a nose dive and how makeup collections and beauty releases seem a little slower and I feel like the MAC Summer 2015 Collection is testimony to that. This is such a tiny release for Summer! Typically MAC releases Summer Collections in two parts because they are rather large. Wash & Dry is a really tiny collection. No worries, I’m sure we have plenty to look forward to from MAC this Summer including their Nordstrom Anniversary Exclusive Collection but still I sure do find it unusual for them to release merely two blushes for Summer.
None the less here’s some thoughts on the MAC Crisp Whites Powder Blush!
Oily eyes? Shiseido Integrate Gracy Natural Makeup Concealer Stick will be your new best friend. It’s starting to warm up around here and even my drier slip produces a bit of oil in the warmer, humid weather so what worked great for me in the Winter isn’t always a great option in the Summer! That includes hydrating concealers so I tend like switching up my more moisturizing concealers for concealer stickers that have a bit of a drier, denser formula as they tend to wear longer for me!
Shiseido Integrate Gracy Natural Makeup Concealer Stick is one such great pick!
Secret Kiss Chubby Jelly Tint Pack is a new lip mask slash lip stain slash lip color slash lip tattoo that’s incredibly odd and every so unique. Typically “pack” is a loosely used term in Asian beauty that refers to facial masks, face powders, and in some cases, like this one, a lip mask.
But this isn’t a traditional lip mask by any means. It’s not something you’re going to lay around with and come out of the experience with exfoliated and softer lips. Oh no no…this is a lip staining mask.
But I’m about beauty unusual!
The E.L.F. Beautifully Bare Blending Brush ($6) was recently launched with several new E.L.F. Cosmetics Summer 2015 product selections. I actually hauled the Beautifully Bare Blending Brush on a whim to tip me into the Free Shipping zone haha…! But in all honesty, I’m typically a rather big fan of the E.L.F. Studio Brush Collection so I expected great things from this brush however, I also wasn’t sure I technically needed this particular brush!
