The Jesse’s Girl 9 Pan Eyeshadow Palette is quite a beauty budget pick at mere $3.99 each. And I actually reviewed one of these not so long ago in a land far, far away…and felt like the formula wasn’t TOO bad.
Recently, I was picking things out of my to be reviewed pile and realized I also had the Tickled Pink version of the Jesse’s Girl 9 Pan Eyeshadow Palette which I hadn’t yet reviewed.
Unfortunately, my original experience with the shadow was so so, not bad but with Tickle Pink things went a little down hill!
The Wet n Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Medley Palette ($4.99) were released int two shades selections exclusively at Walgreens locations for Summer 2013. I recently hauled and posted about them earlier in June but never got a chance to review them until now.
Honestly, I didn’t really love them for a number of reasons. Wet n Wild had a consistent run with me about two years ago with an improvement in quality and some great releases. I feel the brand has digressed with recent releases and the quality has gone down and the releases are highly repetitive. The ColorIcon Palettes in particular were fantastic but releases for example like Fergie’s Centerstage PhotoOp Eyeshadow Palettes are a joke.
These Medley Eyeshadow Palettes are another reason the brand loses points with me unfortunately.

Buzz buzz bitches the new Pop Beauty Buzzing Beauty Buffer swings into stores for the Fall 2013 season and makes me go, well, it makes me go BUZZ!
Remember the vibrating foundation sponge I featured a few weeks ago from Korea? Well these buzzing foundation sponges are all the rage at the moment and I can name a slew of Korean and Japanese brands doing similar products. Of course, you might also be familiar with Lancome Oscillation which also has a buzzing, vibrating sponge head to apply foundation!
Perhaps Fall we’ll see this trend visiting our shores more often?
For now The Pop Beauty Buzzing Beauty Buffer is the first of its kind to pop up here in the US.
Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference Multi-Targeted BB Cream ($32.50) is the latest BB Cream to enter to ever growing market. Available in three shades this contains an SPF 30 and promises in all-on-one beauty balm that’s lightweight with buildable coverage.

Illamasqua Hydra Veil Rehydrating Gel ($40) is kinda my new go to primer of choice! Maybe it’s the jelly texture, maybe it’s the slick little pot it comes in, maybe it’s just because I can use all the moisture I can get but Illamasqua Hydra Veil Rehydrating Gel is all awesomeness.
Make Up For Ever HD Elixir was running a little low recently so I went to Sephora to grab some and decided, wait, I need to try the new Illamasqua Hydra Veil Rehydrating Gel! So my $40 went happily towards it and I’m every so happy I indulged.
I love this stuff.
Mind you I still love HD Elixir too but this stuff is pretty awesome!
