A long, long time ago I can still remember…
Wait, sorry, I was totally having a Don McLean moment there.
But really it was a long time ago…..back in the Fall of 2007, Lancome introduced the Mystery Game Collection which included an innovative lip balm called Baume Baiser. It was pretty much love at first application!
It’s long gone sadly but at least I have EOS Refreshing Lip Balms to keep my lips happy plus you know they are so much cheaper than Baume Baiser ever was!
QVC recently had a great deal on the Bobbi Brown Pretty Powerful to Go Collection with an auto delivery option that was a little hard to refuse.
This was $89 but QVC still has it available for a few bucks more at the moment and it’s well worth the haul as it’s a six piece collection that contains full size products and a whole heck of Bobbi goodies for the haul.
Tis bronzer season isn’t it?
I remember the year Urban Decay single handedly convinced me that I COULD do bronzers.
See, I’m one of those girls that really wants to remain as white, bright, and fair as humanly possible. I’m not a sun Goddess. Plus I feel like tans and bronzing and such always makes me look dirty….weird mentality I know. Fact is some folks can rock the tan beat but I can’t.
On a rare occasion a bronzer passes into my makeup life and leaves an impact. Lorac TANtalizer Baked Bronzer does just that.
Since Dr Jart released Water Fuse Beauty Balm on Sephora I’ve gotten several hundred e-mails asking me if it was anything like the Dr Jart Dew Drop BB Cream. I think someone had even commented on my review post of the Water Fuse and said it was the same product as the Dew Drop Blemish Base.
I think alot of you that may already own the Dew Drop version were curious whether you needed to haul the US version.
I’m here to say the two products are completely different right down to the SPF levels each contains, the color, and the formula.
I think I’m coming to terms with the fact that I may be a mask junkie. Hoarding facial masks like they are going out of style or something, applying them nightly, convincing myself that I look whiter, brighter, more youthful…
Yeah, all the signs of a mask junkie.
I’ve been using The Skin Food Black Raspberry Saeng-gi Pack for ages since I get a little high off the scent. This is part of Skin Food’s Raspberry range and you might remember the eye cream I reviewed a while ago from the collection. This has a strange freshly turned dirt, herbal scent going on that I find terribly addicting. Some folks say it smells like Chinese medicine herbs but I don’t get that from it, I get freshly turned up dirt! Surprising since I’m fruity, sweet kinda girl and anything that’s remotely smells like stinky hippie is tossed into the bin…but this…I find soothing somehow.
What’s it do?
Does it work?
