Doesn’t it feel like palettes are really front and center this year for the Holidays? Traditionally palettes are commonly associated with the Holiday Makeup Season but this year is super saturated with all sorts of incredible offerings from brands.
Perfect example, the Lorac Box Office Sensation Train Case aka OMG I can’t believe they fit that much makeup in there!
Jeepers this is a crazy amount of product and at such a great price and an even better price if you happened to haul it during Sephora Friends and Family.
Honestly, makeup essentials at Payless is a surprisingly interesting adventure. I headed into store to take a peek out of morbid curiosity and left with a few little items to check out and review here.
If you didn’t already know Payless has launched two exclusive collections in stores one of which is the Zoe & Zac Naturals Makeup Collection. I hauled one palette from the brand and decided to use it this morning.

EDUN for Sephora Palettes are reduced to $15 at Sephora currently. The original price was $36 so it might be a nice one to pick up for Back to School or if you’re just wanting a new little palette to play with!
I snagged the Harmony one which is the warmer of the two shade selections available.
I’m not a fan of Sephora makeup but the colors were so pretty I couldn’t resist!

Ok, so, most of us agree that the new Stila Travel Palettes are all about the cuteness and the price but not necessarily the contents. I was a wee disappointed in the USA palette and honestly the upcoming Tokyo one is doing nothing for me either.
However, Stila Pretty in Paris….
