Diorific Royale Long Wear True Colour Lipstick ($36) is one of three limited edition shades that launched with the Dior Golden Winter Holiday 2013 Makeup Collection.
It’s actually a creamy shade of neutral golden pink with specks of delicious golden sparkle in the mix. However, it is one of those shades I’d avoid as it runs a touch cooler and I prefer warmth in my lipstick shades.
But this surprised me, YOU NEED IT!
Edward Bess Platinum Concealer ($38) seemed to be my answer to a inexpensive version of Cle de Peau Beaute Concealer. I dunno why I thought this…Probably the swivel up tube design? Possibly Edward Bess’s name on the package? His hair? Who knows….
But I thought here’s a $38 concealer by Edward Bess that probably works just as well as Cle de Peau Beaute Concealer and at a fraction of the cost.

Laura Mercier Brilliant Glace ($24) is a twist on Laura’s popular (and my favorite) Lip Glace Lipgloss formula. The new Brilliant Glace Lipgloss is available in three, limited edition shades with the White Magic Holiday 2013 Makeup Collection that recently launched.
As a long time fan girl of Laura Mercier Lip Gace formula I was quite excited to see what Brilliant Lip Glace would bring to the table.
Here’s some thoughts!
Majolica Majorca Rouge Majex Lipgloss is available in two limited edition shades (RD412 and RD311) for Holiday 2013. These glosses recently launched in Japan and are slowly becoming available online at a variety of shops. I had a friend of mine in Tokyo grab them for me but don’t worry I know Adam Beauty and Gooddealer will get them shortly as well!
They are absolute must have for festive Holiday lip looks!

This a where I tell you the story about this one time I reviewed a sample of Stila Color Balm Lipstick because I purchased five of these when they original launched and I have NO IDEA where I put them!
No seriously, this is a true story. When Stila Color Balm Lipstick launched I recall it being a little after Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter had come into town. And let’s face it those kinda sorta started the hybrid lip balm lipstick epidemic. I recall be terribly excited that Stila was launching a similar product.
Fast forward to me throwing a few in my cart review. Well, I’m organized…typically anything I review goes in different Rubbermaid bins which I dub my “to be reviewed pile” but for the life of me I can’t find where I put these. I suspect I might have either donated them by mistake or perhaps tossed them in the garbage.
Oh woe is me.
So here I am, like a loser, raving Stila Color Balm Lipstick but only have a sample to review for you that I got from cashing in some Sephora points.
Don’t worry, I’ll follow up with a deeper review soon as I might have to buy every single shade of these as soon as possible!
