Now that I finally reviewed all the shades in the L’Oreal Collection Privee Collection for you I thought I’d share some final thoughts!
As you know the L’Oreal Collection Privee is a selection of high end looking L’Oreal Colour Riche Lipsticks (there’s also a Privee Nail Polish Collection available) that come housed in a matte black casing with gold accents. Each shade is inspired by the skin tone of a past or present L’Oreal model or brand ambassador. The shades a range of non traditional nudes for creating a natural lip look.
The celebrities included in the collection are Eva Longoria, Freida Pinto, Jennifer Lopez, Julianne Moore, Doutzen Kroes, and Liya Kebede. This collection actually got an earlier launch in the UK but it’s now popping up here in drugstores. Unfortunately it is a limited edition launch so if you love these shades you’ll have to be sure to pick them up as soon as see them as they will likely disappear fast.
I’m obviously a glutton for punishment as I did so grab the new, limited edition Summer 2014 Maybelline Enchanting Apricot Master Glaze Blush Stick.
I don’t even like the Master Glaze Blush Stick formula. It wears away on me super quickly and it proves a little too sparkly for my tastes but lord knows Enchanting Apricot just drew me in and whispered to me how much I needed to own it.
I’m such a sad and diseased makeup junkie.
Revlon Gwen’s Crush Nail Polish is one of six, limited addition Spiderman inspired Nail Enamels that Revlon released with their Electric Chrome Collection for Spring 2014.
I was talking about Bobbi Brown Sand Dune Long Wear Cream Shadow Stick the day before when I reviewed Givenchy’s new Ombre Couture Cream Eyeshadow since the shade I purchased quite reminded me of Sand Dune.
Sand Dune is by go to for super Natural Eyes. It isn’t terribly pigmented but it’s a shade that gives me JUST the right amount of color on my lids to create a perfect shading on my eyes that’s both natural and pretty.
I’ve been through three of the same shade since the Long Wear Cream Shadow Stick formula launched and honestly, that’s a total feat for me as I never use anything up considering I’m always testing new products.
This is a
MUSE MUST have!
Laura Mercier High Coverage Concealer For Under Eye is an exciting new concealer that launched recently to the permanent Laura Mercier Collection.
Available in twelve shades the new Laura Mercier High Coverage Concealer For Under Eye not only acts as a concealer but has a soothing formula that features honey and vitamin E. Apparently it acts to brighten dark circles while depuffing and offering coverage as well as protecting against environmental stressors.
I was excited that Laura decided to launch a new concealer because she already has an extensive collection of excellent concealers that already work well. So a new addition that offered even more coverage was terribly appealing.
