Givenchy Ombre Couture Cream Eyeshadow Review & Swatches

Givenchy Ombre Couture Cream Eyeshadow3

Givenchy Ombre Couture Cream Eyeshadow ($23) is a new cream eyeshadow the brand launched in nine, permanent shades. According to Givenchy these wear for up to 16 hours but honestly, I’m not sure I need my eyeshadow to last that long!

Initially I purchased a single shade which was Beige Mousseline because it reminded me so much of my very favorite Bobbi Brown Long Wear Cream Shadow Stick in Sand Dune. So yeah, I was curious about the Givenchy Ombre Couture Cream Eyeshadow formula but if I’m honest I also really wanted this color because it reminded me SO much of Sand Dune which I can’t live without.

Anyway….it’s almost a dupe which I’m quite happy about but in the process I also fell in love with this formula. It’s quite a nice cream shadow plus affordable at $23. Givenchy isn’t really marked at such mid-range prices so yeah, this is kinda affordable when you compare it to their typical price range.

Let’s take a look!

Dr Jart BB Radiance Beauty Balm Review & Swatches

Dr Jart BB Cream Radiance Beauty Balm

Dr Jart BB Radiance Beauty Balm ($42) is the least BB Cream to launch to the Dr Jart Collection available at Sephora. Dr Jart is one of the first Korean brands to launch a BB Cream at Sephora and I love that since the original launch in 2013 that the brand continues to grow and release new products.

Dr Jart is massively popular in Korea and the line is a good deal more extensive compared to what we get here. But I have noticed that soon after products launch in Korea a very short time later we get the same launch. This happened with the incredible Dr. Jart Ceramidin Cream and Dr. Jart Ceramidin Liquid.

I haven’t been following Dr Jart’s Korean releases lately but I believe they already had a Radiance BB Cream available! I’m actually not a huge lover of radiance style foundations, bases, BB Creams…! I did however, want to review and swatch this product since so many reader’s had asked after it so purchased it for that reason.

MAC Spring 2014 By Request Lipglass Review & Swatches

MAC By Request Lipglass

Along with the MAC By Request Lipsticks, MAC launched three matching By Request Lipglass shades!

The MAC Spring 2014 By Request Lipglass Collection is a nice follow up to the lipsticks in my opinion as even though the lipsticks are plenty pigmented all there own the addition of the gloss intensifies the shade and adds a nice pop to the finish.
