I’m not of a mineral eyeshadow girl for two reasons. 1. Fall out….! Ugh anything loose is always turns into a dramatic application for me and 2. if I start indulging in mineral eyeshadows from various e-tailers I’ll be in a whole hell of alot of trouble. I already have enough beauty addictions! I could just picture myself with endless baggies and small jars of piggie laying all over the place.
I did indulge in a few LA Splash Eye Sparkles though as they are Buy 2, Get 1 Free at Cherry Culture.
Ahh skin tone adapting blush, lipgloss, foundation, concealer….I want skin tone adapting eyeshadow!
Seriously, though in most cases skin tone adapting anything doesn’t exactly work. The idea is innovative, the concept is way cool for beauty lovers who just want something that will fit them perfectly, and let’s face it our simple side is thinking how cool it would be to buy something that just works the first time, no color matching required, it’ll adapt!
Rimmel Match Perfect Skin Tone Adapting Concealer is the latest crazy to get my attention in the tone adapting world.
Let’s take a look!
Avon SuperShock Vivid Liquid Eyeshadow isn’t a new product by any means but for some odd reason or another I felt like revisiting them when I saw a friend using one recently.
Yeah, my mentality, as you may have guessed, was the fact that maybe these were a budget option for Chanel Ombre D’Eau due to their bi-phase formula.
Hi-ho, hi-ho off I went to locate these on Evil-bay since Avon no longer sells them….
Here are my thoughts!
Waking up my tired eyes, story of my life people.
Feels like my eyes are always extra puffy in the AM…correct that, one of my eyes has baggage that I carry my lunch to work in. No but seriously, true story, one of my eyes always has a bit of puff going and I thank the makeup Gods daily for concealer to hide that particularly woe along with finer lines, darkness, etc….
Pixi WakeUp Concealer is a brand new concealer releasing with the Pixi Beauty Fall 2011 Collection that promises airbrushed results and buildable coverage for camflouaging all those pesky under eye problems.
Does it do the trick?
Philosophy Divine Long-Wear Creamy Eye Color happens to be just that, divine! I’m a long time, self proclaimed hater of cream shadows however in recent years I’ve found that I really love them because they are simple to use and create an elegant look in seconds where as you’d be wasting extra minutes with a powder, creams just have a knack of blending out in a quick swipe of your finger.
Love no nonsense beauty!
Philosophy Divine Long-Wear Creamy Eye Color are a brand new selection of cream shadows with a formula that contains an emollient that helps provide even application and keep color in place, while antioxidants and aloe help condition the skin.
I’m kinda loving these at the moment so time to share the joy.
