The Benefit Matthew Williamson The Rich Is Back Palette is on sale at Sephora.com and YOU NEED it. This is one of my favorite palettes that released this Summer and I adore the combination of great shades Benefit packed into this little palette.
The Benefit Matthew Williamson The Rich Is Back Palette teams up with international fashion designer Matthew Williamson to create this flash back to the glam days of disco with vibrant shades paired up with sexy gold for a disco fab look!
Benefit Bathina Soft to the Touch Hard to Get Body Oil Mist makes an appearance this Summer for soft, silky skin. Don’t get me wrong I love me some Benefit Crescent Row Fragrances but I have a super soft spot in my heart for Bathina.
Bathina was probably one of my first experiences with Benefit! I was drawn in by her retro vintage pin up girl look! As a fan of Bettie Page and Dita Von Teese it’s easy enough to fall in love with Bathina isn’t it?
Bathina returns this year in the form of a new body oil mist! If you love Benefit Maybe Baby (I miss B Spot bring it back, bring it back!) I think you’ll adore this new mist.
Hey, kid, rock ‘n’ roll, rock on! Ooh, my soul Hey kid, boogie, too, did ya? Hey, shout, summertime blues Jump up and down in my blue suede shoes Hey, kid, rock ‘n’ roll, rock on!
While I was on holiday I went to this incredible pub that did all vintage rock musical requests. You basically wrote the artist and song on a paper, slipped it into the glass jar on top of the piano, and they’d randomly fish a paper out and rock out to whatever was on it. It was incredibly cool because the guy singing/playing the piano had a rather incredible voice. I was kinda all in my glory as he was doing all vintage rock which happens to be my favorite genre. Kansas, Journey, Blue Oyster Cult, Hagar, Queen, etc…you name it and this guy was rocking it. I was all kinds of excited as many of my requests were honored but that could be because I basically submitted like a hundred papers at a time, the guy was laughing himself silly at my requests.
He did a little David Essex as well. What no one really knows or appreciates is David’s great rock anthem Rock On was not written by Michael Damian (HUH!?). Contrary to some sort of odd idea this song isn’t Michael Damian’s song….insert rolling eyes here, seriously?!
Anyway, this reminded me of the fact that Benefit Rockateur is launching soon! Yes, a brand spanking new powder blush from Benefit. Am I excited? Hells to the yes!
