CK One proves they aren’t a one offer with their new limited edition Color Street Collection for Spring 2013.
Along with that collection they’ve launched these cute Color Street Real Nail Polish Strips for $12 with a whimsical Spring design. If I were a nail girl I’d be on them! They look rather sweet.
Along with the nails there’s a few other LE pieces of the collection including new Pure Shine Lipsticks that are available for a limited time.
Sadly, CK One’s Color Collection didn’t quite do it for me so unsure if I’ll be exploring these limited edition pieces. Plus Ulta is a pilgrimage to get to (nearly an hour drive) so it’ll be utterly random if I do run across these pieces.
What did you think of the CK One makeup line?
Loved it?
Any favs?
Not really bothered with it?
P.S. How was your weekend? Hope it was great! I got a little reading in yesterday before heading to brunch with friends and have found out I’m currently obsessed with alpha caveman motorcycle men (seriously, if Kristen’s Ashley’s heroes talked like that in real I’d prob backhand them across the face or the head but in a book there’s something terribly wicked about it!). I blame my reader Jackie for recommending me all these crazy romance titles lately like On Dublin Street (most frustrating heroine evers). My other friend recommended me Gail Carriger and totally loving her work. Sadly, didn’t have time to complete more than a single chapter on either book though as I was running crazy yesterday.
What’s your reads? Anything good I should add to my “to be read” title?

The recently launched CK One Makeup Collection is proving disappointing for me thus far. How are you feeling about it? I was curious about their Water Fresh Face Makeup. As a dry skin type putting water and fresh in the name of a product instantly gets me excites me.
CK One’s CK One Water Fresh Face Makeup is a creamy foundation product that quite reminds me of Urban Decay’s Surreal Skin Cream to Powder in not only formula but packaging as well.
Let’s take a look!

CK One Gloss Eyecolor is one of five new shades of glossy eye color. These come in soft, pastel shades of color in a rather large pencil at 0.14 oz in size for $17 each.
Personally, I feel eye glosses aren’t a common product in the shadow world and I tend to migrate towards them when a brand releases one. Eye glosses aren’t for everyone, so let’s take a look and see if CK One Gloss Eyecolor is for you!

The CK One Makeup Collection has launched and with it 11 shades of Pure Color Lipstick.
The might have jumped the shark with the details on this one. Promises of luminous color without drying lips out, shine, a lightweight, creamy hydrating finish and more are just some of the description details. But I found almost every single one of the details was a big nay.

Seems just a few short years ago we were lemming Calvin Klein Makeup Collection at Sephora. Sadly, it lasted about two seasons (or felt like that) and disappeared quickly enough.
Lucky us, Calvin Klein ventures back into the beauty waters with a new launch of CK One Cosmetics.
CK One felt a little budget friendly to me at first glance but a quick look at the pricing and you’ll notice it goes from mid to higher end range.
It is thought out well so don’t think of it as something slapped together for marketing purposes. The range is pretty vast which means they did put a good deal of thought into but of course the quality remains to be seen.
Let’s take a peek!

Great news!
The CK One Makeup Collection I told you about a month or so ago has launched at Ulta.com.
This weekend, Ulta Stores have 20% Off (they sent coupons in the mail) so hopefully your Ulta (as well as mine) has the collection in stock.
