Hey, is DuWop no longer available at Sephora?
As of now the entire DuWop catalog has been removed from Sephora.com and only two products are available, Twilight Venom and Twilight Venom Blush, that’s it!
I was checking to see if they might have updated with some of the Spring offerings but the entire product line has been removed.
Does this mean Sephora won’t carrying the line anymore?
Sad sigh! I sure will miss it, it’s a fav line of mine!
I wasn’t a typical little girl growing up so my idea of mermaids wasn’t based around Hans Christian Andersen or Disney’s Little Mermaid but more along the geeky lines of Heavy Metal magazine fantasy imagery such as Julie Bell and Boris Vallejo pieces. Honestly, Heavy Metal mag evokes so many geeky memories growing up particularly ones surrounding mermaids. I still read and collect the magazine to this day even though I promises myself a million times that I would finally go through my stash and start selling off older copies, yeah, never happened. Anyway ’nuff babbling about my love of mermaids. I’m hear to tell you about the DuWop Isla Sirena Collection. Things have been a little too quiet for me over at DuWop lately and I hadn’t heard word about their Spring Collection 2011 and I was wondering why…. Now I know why, they have something big in the works it looks like!
I haven’t been online in a few days so first thing this morning I hopped right on to see what the sales were looking like! I had visions of 50, 60, or 70% off great makeup.
Reality set in rather quickly when I realized most of what was on sale I already owned. I also felt like the steals and deals just weren’t there this year because stores actually ran out of stock super fast unlike last year’s bust of a Christmas due to the economy.
How about you?
Run into any great deals?
Here are some I’ve come across!
P.S. I missed posting these on Boxing Day, forgive a girl?
My relationship with DuWop spans quite a few years and in all that time I can’t recall them every having blush.
Let’s step back.
DuWop Blushbooster has been a part of the line for about 4 to 5 years now however I’ve never been tempted to indulge because it just looks a little too frosty plus it’s supposed to work on top of your normal blush (or on it’s own but from swatching I’d say it’s a tad too sheer to work as such). One day I’m trying this out but that day isn’t today.
Today I’m all about the fact that DuWop has finally heard my prayers and introduced Keep Blushing.
I wanna try.
