L’occitane en Provence
Spring always seems like a good time to sort through your old skincare especially January when you’re possibly making a beauty resolution to take better care of your skin.
I know personally I try really hard to ditch the skincare I am currently using and replace it with something new I’d like to try or an old favorite as typically at this point it is nearing a year old. I tend to get anal about skincare and label the back of jars with the date I purchased the product. This is a handy way to know when it’s time for that product to be swept away and replaced. Label makers are so cheap at Staples and I promise it isn’t terribly Sheldon Cooper of you to label makeup or skincare products as a gentle reminder that it is indeed time to toss something out.
Here are several new skincare products that you might want to check out!
L’Occitane Immortelle Brightening Moisture Cream is a water based moisturizer that’s supposedly a triple threat which attacks wrinkles, brightens skin, and evens skin tone. Immortelle essential oil stimulates collagen production to fill wrinkles and firm the skin as Bellis Perennis extract and a Vitamin C derivative reduce the appearance of age spots to even skin tone.
As for me, I was highly interested in trying this as I wanted to address dullness while brightening skin and evening out skin tone.
Did it work?
Need a little moisture in your life? L’Occitane en Provence Angelica Instant Hydration Mask is on the case.
The biggest factor in aging is dry skin so you wanna keep your skin as moist as possible particularly those with drier skin. Inject as much moisture into dry skin as you possibly can to avoid skin looking dull, lackluster, and old. Toners, serums, mists, moisturizers…layer it all on. Find the best products that work well together and use them daily to nourish skin and keep it at its healthiest.
Unlike the toner I recently reviewed for you, I’m finding the new L’Occitane en Provence Angelica Instant Hydration Mask quite a nice little addition to my skincare regime to add a nice heaping dose of moisture to my skin.
L’Occitane has introduced a new Angelica Skincare Collection for Summer 2012. Angelica was used in the middle ages for its medical properties. It’s a soothing, hydrating essential oil that offers moisture and toning properties.
I honestly didn’t know a thing about Angelica until I started reading about it after the L’Occitane Angelica launch. Having drier skin of course, I was curious what Angelica was all about.
This launch is an entire skincare collection that addresses the needs of drier skin who desire contentious moisture.
I recently checked out the L’Occitane Angelica Face Toner, having dry skin this was a great excuse to test this toner out and see what it could do for me here’s a few thoughts on it!
The L’Occitane Pivoine Delicate Makeup Collection has launched online. Joy!
I’m quite excited about this collection. I generally like the L’Occitane makeup pieces I own and I really look forward to the new seasonal releases. It’s such an affordable little collection that’s girlish and quite lovely.
Today I’ll be reviewing one of three new shades of L’Occitane Pivoine Delicate Lipstick that have launched.
Take a look!
