Anyway, the fail that is Miss Piggy for MAC launched today online.

I just felt like it was poorly done. Love MAC, don’t love Missy Piggy for MAC. The Muppets are an ickle overexposed lately courtesy their new film….!

MAC has quite a few collaborated efforts under their belt this year and next year we see more of the same with the Iris Apfel for MAC Collection.

I grew up with the Muppets, Fraggle Rock, the Dark Crystal, Labyrinth….needless to say Henson was a big part of my childhood and heck, till this day, all these shows and movies are on my rewatch list. The man was a genius.
I admit though I’m not really looking forward to the new Muppet Movie as when Jim Henson died he definitely took some of the magic of these puppets with him and they aren’t nearly as amazing as they once were. But I’m keeping hope alive that the new film will knock my socks off.
When I heard Miss Piggy would be getting her very own MAC Collection I was ecstatic. Visions of Dame Edna-like palettes danced through my head and I was thinking of an outrageous (btw would wouldn’t a Jem collection rock?) color story.
Flash forward to the actual details and Miss Piggy for MAC in reality isn’t quite what I expected.
