For Summer 2013 Make Up For Ever has introduced two new Aqua Eyes Eyeliner Pencils ($19) one of which is a new Matte Brown shade (25L). I think sometimes my Aqua Eyes Liner Collection rivals that of my Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliner stash. Seriously, I have SO damn many.
And if you asked me a month ago whether I had a matte brown from Make Up For Ever or not I’d have probably said yes. But apparently, after checking through my stash, I don’t.
Make Up For Ever Aqua Summer 2013 introduces some brand new shades in some old favorite products from Make Up For Ever. Make a splash this Summer with new bright, beautiful, long-lasting colors from the award-winning Aqua Collection by Make Up For Ever.
Who’s up for reliving the 80′s with the new Make Up For Ever Technicolor Eyeshadow Palette ($45)? I see neons I think 80′s! Leg warmers, scrunchies, pop beads….remember pop beads? Come on there has to be someone that remember those.
Technically the Make Up For Ever Technicolor Palette is an eight shadow collection of classic neutrals and statement colors inspired by 1930′s cinematic transition from black-and-white motion picture to color imagery.
But I’m just seeing the 80′s flash before my eyes.
I remember when Pop Lid Neon was kinda my absolutely need to have item back in 2008 and this palette kinda got me all nostalgic about it (god going back to that post I am literally scared of my bad swatch photos! haha!).
You have to pretty confident in your brand to launch something as cool and brilliant as the new Make Up For Ever Make Up Bag Remix.
So what is the Make Up For Ever Make Up Bag Remix Tour you might be wondering?
It’s a mobile tour launching soon designed to bring education to consumers in an engaging way, teaching them how to actually do their own make up, not just have it applied. As part of the Make Up Bag Remix concept, Make Up For Ever’s team of professional artists will take a look inside consumers’ make up bags and teach them how to properly use what they already own, regardless of the brand, as well as overhaul products that are the wrong shade or texture.
How cool is that?
That’s right. Anything you already own and keep stock in your makeup bag you can bring to the mobile tour bus and have a Make Up For Ever cast member take a look through it and teach you how to use it correctly. Pretty darn nifty if you ask me! I’ll be bringing all my highlighters and stuffing them into my makeup bag and asking the nearest professional to please make me some kinda of expert at applying these and P.S. How about liquid liner? I SO need to perfect my cat eye!
Make Up For Ever has introduced a brand new Pro Finish Multi-Use Powder Foundation for Spring 2013. This a buildable, customized finish powder foundation that can be used wet or dry for sheerer to full coverage.
It looks mighty interesting and is gaining quite a following with many good reviews so I’m eager to try it out for myself.

Growing up as a kid I was absolutely enthralled with big old boxes of crayons. It was one of my favorite pass times to organize my crayons in the box by shade so of course this adult “crayon” box is so me. Any beauty junkie would love to own it I’m sure.
Ahhh this is the best time of the year to haul Make Up For Ever. Their Holiday 2012 Collection always consists of some great eyeliner sets so if you want to extend your stash with some some creamy, dreamy liners, Make Up For Ever is your girl.

Make Up For Ever Aqua Rouge ($24) to your rescue for long wearing lip color this Fall. This new selection of smudge-proof, high impact liquid lip color delivers some seriously dramatic lip looks.
Available in 12 shades these are incredibly long wearing lip colors.
This is sorta kinda a mini review of the newly launched Make Up For Ever Aqua Brow ($20). I say mini because I didn’t technically try them so I’m just giving you a little commentary on the consistency and other small details.
I don’t fill my brows since I have, well, I have so much brow. Adding powder to them or trying to fill them would just be messy, they are thick enough without.
The new Make Up For Ever Black Tango Palette ($45) was inspired by brand founder and creative director Dany San’z love of Tango dancing. My sophistication level when it comes to Tango dancing is limited to the Tango scene in True Lies, anything else could result in me tripping and falling on my butt.
Dany learned to Tango at age three and has been a long time fan. Recently Dany was in Argentina doing the make up for “Tango Argentina” a high profile showcase organized by the city of Buenos Aires that featured some of the country’s most famous dancers.
Upon arriving home the idea for the Black Tango Palette was born.
The palette features four shades of Make Up For Ever Aqua Cream Eyeshadows in rich shades of black accented with jewel tones such as red, green, and black.
