The Muse is terribly fond of reminding everyone how Philosophy has really improved on it’s 3-in-1 Shower Gels as of late….I can’t be the only one that feels this way right?
But of course their newest QVC Exclusive has me wanting to sample it as the idea of Apricots and Cream sounds heavenly!
This three piece kit contains large sizes (24oz chubby bottle) of the newest Philosophy scent Apricots and Cream. You’ll get Philosophy 3-in-1 Shower Gel, Philosophy Body Lotion, and Philosophy Lip Shine all in the brand new scent for the perfect fruity sweet layering experience!
The price of the kit is $48.06 USD. Each 24oz shower gel normally prices at $20 USD so you aren’t really saving a ton of money by buying the kit. If you’re purchasing each item separate the total cost would be $50 USD plus tax and in this case with shipping and tax it comes to nearly $60 USD. Honestly, the only thing you are getting is the limited edition products and exclusivity of the kit although we all know sooner or later these things have a way of popping up on Sephora. Taking cost into consideration, although I really want to try out the shower gel I have no need of another lotion or lipshine so I think I’ll wait to see if Philosophy Shower Gel in Apricots and Cream ends up at Sephora sometime soon!
If you absolutely need it now look up item number A90250 at QVC.

It all started with black licorice. But not being satisfied with just black, Philosophy had to go and tempt the Muse with red licorice.
You may or may not know it but Philosophy Red Licorice Shower Gel has been around a few months now but just recently popped it’s pretty head into Sephora so of course upon seeing it at Sephora the Muse was all about picking it up and trying it out for herself.
And boy oh boy is it good. You needs it now please.
Philosophy Red Licorice is a dead on dupe for that pack of Twizzlers you probably reach for when you’re out at movie with friends or when you want a quick low calorie snack. It’s amazing how accurately they captured the scent. Strawberry sweetness mixed with that slightly plastic scent that the Muse associates with red licorice makes for an amazingly luscious shower gel!
Truly this one is a keeper!
How much can possibly be said in a review of a shower gel right? I won’t rave on and on and on but I will say that I think you really need to try this one especially if you’re a lover of sweeter scents or absolutely adore red licorice.
Loves this one!
Philosophy Shower Gels offer plenty of luxurious suds and can be used on your hair, in your bath, or in your shower! Multitasking with red licorice? Likey.
Snag this one!
It’s Muse Approved for purchase in a major way!
Tried it already?

The Muse is quite fond of reminding the world that Philosophy has come a long way with it’s popular 3 in 1 Shower Gel Collection as of late. For a while there this Muse wasn’t really buying because some of the scents weren’t exactly “true”. For example, take Philosophy Sugar Cookie…lots of lemon but no cookie or sugar. What happened Philosophy? I can go on and on but the fact of the matter is and what remains important now is that Philosophy has more than redeemed itself as of late with it’s new and improved fantastic shower gel formula and the Muse likey, alot.
As part of it’s Spring Collection 2009, Philosophy has released a brand new 3 in 1 Shower Gel entitled Pink Frosted Layer Cake and it’s lovely to say the least!
Fun Fact: Although the world is fond of remembering Marie Antoinette’s immortal words, “Let them eat cake!” the Muse will happily inform you she never uttered those words but it sure is quite fun to think she did!
Anyway. What was I saying?
Oh yes, Philosophy Pink Frosted Layer Cake Shower Gel…mmm….mmmm….good! Philosophy gets it right again with a blend of sugary sweetness, a tiny hint of fruitiness, a touch of vanilla, and just the right amount of pink cake! Even Marie Antoinette would approve of this one!
I think this is possibly the best one they’ve come out with in a while aside from Red Licorice that is. I thought they did a fine job with the scent and it just engulfs you in a cloud of what a pink, sugary dessert should smell like. The gel can be used in your shower, in a warm bath, or to wash your hair with, as if you didn’t already know all that.
Philosophy Pink Frosted Layer Cake Shower Gel is a luxuriously sudsy shower gel that perfectly suitable for putting you in the mood for all things pink!
The Muse Approves it for purchase! Loves it!
