No info as of yet but these two fab palettes in warm and cool from Prescriptives Holiday Collection 2009 look rather stunning! I’m partial to the warmer one myself!

Ahhh camouflage doesn’t the word just get you excited when discussing eye concealer? Gets me all hyped that maybe this is the concealer that will change my life and just hide everything sad that’s going on under my eyes as I get older. Prescriptives Camouflage Cream Concealer sounds exciting enough! Camouflage my dark circles maybe? How about my puffy under eye area? My fine lines?
Been a while since I mused concealers hasn’t it? Might as well start the day right with Prescriptives Camouflage Cream Concealer. Let’s see what this is all about. This particularly concealer has just about everything I look for in a concealer lately. A nice creamy formula, great pigmentation, a nice hygienic squeeze tube, indeed all good traits.
Although it manages to have a decent creamy formula and good pigmentation the fact that it settles into my fine lines so quickly makes it a deal breaker for me. I think if my eyes were a bit younger I’d probably make better use of this but since my eyes are growing older I need something that doesn’t crease or cake.
This one I sadly didn’t love. Decent enough but definitely not a love.
Anyone a fan?

Prescriptives In Bloom Spring Collection holds a special place in my heart this season as the colors are quite Spring-like and particularly pretty. The packaging on Prescriptives In Bloom Collection is truly fitting for the season ahead with it’s sweet blossoming flower design!
Loves it!
Prescriptives is always a fond favorite season after season for offering a great selection of both warm and cool looks. I love that they take the time out to release two very different color selections that are suitable for warmer and cooler tones or for those who prefer both a warm and a cool look.
As I mentioned above the Prescriptives In Bloom Collection consists of cooler and warmer shades. Today I’ll be reviewing the cooler shades of the collection but let’s take a brief second to look at what was released.
Four brand new palettes currently available in two shades each for both warm and cool.
Available are:
Warm
Cool
And two new blush palettes are available in one shade each:
Warm
Cool
Each collection creates a warmer or cooler look or mix and match to create your perfect Spring look! Both the shadow duos and blushers are a reasonable $24 USD each so you’re not breaking the bank picking up some of the collection. Love, love the packaging on these. It’s a flip top, magnetic compact with a hard case, large mirror inside, and a brilliant pink, red, and orange blooming flower on the lid.
The Prescriptives In Bloom Eye Color Duo in Petunia contains a delicate pale pink shade with a contrasting darker pink almost mauve color. The best way to apply is to use the lightest shade as an all over color wash and follow up using the darker shade in the v of the eye and blending into the crease to contrast with the lighter pink. Line the lower lash line with the pale pink and apply a light layer of the darker mauve shade on top! Of course, you can get a few different looks from the palette by combining or using the shades by themselves. Pigmentation is very good on both shades and the shadows have a silky, soft formula that blends very well.
I’ll try to get to a counter soon to see if I can pick up the warmer shades as I know some of you requested both a warm and a cool look so do keep your eyes on this space for an update soonish!
Prescriptives In Bloom is available now at www.prescriptives.com or at your local Prescriptives counter.
