Mmmmm blast from my Stila Summer past here. I was sorting through my “to be reviewed” pile a few days ago, that would be a large pile of products that get photographed and tossed into a bin for safe keeping. This pile tends to get out of control sometimes so you’ll find me diving in head first and proceeding to rummage around to see what looks good for reviewing quite often.
Anyway, during my daily plunder through the bin I realized, wow, I didn’t review the Stila One Step Primer Color that was released with Stila’s Summer Collection this year.
Anyone haul it?
We had discussed which you would buy at the time since Summer was all about various cream blushes and this happened to be one that did everything plus walked your dog too! Stila dubs it a primer, eyeshadow, highlighter, lip color, cheek color, and bronzer. Ummm…dare I say NOT!
Just to confirm the Stila Holiday Blockbuster Palette is alive and kicking at Costco for $20 bucks. I have had numerous readers and blogging friends confirm they have seen it.
Thanks to Shirley for quickly sending over a picture of the palette, your rock!
Here it is!
Although only available on Stila in a quanity of 50 pieces you can probably either 1. Wait. I bet Cyber Monday we’ll see more or 2. Head to Costco and save $8 bucks as this is selling for $28 online and in Costco for $20
Hope this helps!
See my original post here about the palette.
A Stila Holiday Blockbuster Set available in a limited supply of 50!?
Ok, so who hauled the Stila Color Wheel Eye Shadow Palette? Damn, isn’t it massive? This thing is bigger than my head yo! I love it! Stila definitely goes the traditional route with palettes and they don’t really veer from the well walked path, not that that’s a bad thing mind you but it does become comfortable for the makeup junkies among us and hey who wants comfortable? We want different, we want unique, we want new and exciting and fresh!
The Stila Color Wheel Eye Shadow Palettes brings it. This is truly like nothing Stila has released in the past. Mind you they have been hitting the idea hard because they have another color wheel palette in similar colors plus a natural one that was released recently however this one is the biggest and baddest of the three.
I absolutely love it.
Excuse me while I go do a $50 buck Sephora order (you know, free shipping and all) just so I can get my hands on the Stila Artist’s Inspiration Palette for $15 bucks.
