Got $10? Want to tell you about how can you spend it on the Tarte Bright By Night Skincare Discovery Set?
I burn the candle at both ends every day. I work a full time regular job daily, five days a week and I moonlight on Musings, for far too many hours, five days a week. Life is about to get even busier or actually already is because I’m about to enter into renewal season here and things get mighty crazy when everyone and their mama is popping into my office demanding cheap, cheap, cheap premiums. I call my clients my baby chicks because they sound like them, “cheap cheap cheap!” Sigh, anyway, based on their losses for the year they are going to be very happy with me or VERY upset because even though they are responsible for what goes on behind the wheel of their own car I am generally the person that gets blamed when their insurance premiums sky rocket. Taxi drivers, limo chauffeurs, and corporate managers are NOT the friendliest people in the world when you’re asking them for more money.
Needless to say I never get a lot of sleep during the year but when renewal season hits, well, I really get zero sleep until it is over because it is a lot of running around, a lot of networking and social interaction, and suddenly I’m everyone’s broker, therapist, and general go to for everything and anything that needs getting done before March 1st.
Concealer is my bestest friend right now. But…I also have to contend with some nasty weather lately. Lots of snow, really low, cold, freezing temperatures, and dry skin!
Issues with dry under eyes? You NEED the Tarte Bright By Night Skincare Discovery Set. It’s the perfect little companion set to pack up with your concealer to insure that you get the best, smoothest finish under your eyes.

This review of the Tarte Be MATTEnificent Amazonian Colored Clay Matte Eye & Cheek Palette ($36) feels a little late because ALL OF YOU have tried it before me I wasn’t sure I liked the idea of a matte eyeshadow and blush palette to be honest but if anyone at all was going to change my mind about matte it was Tarte.
Tarte introduced me to mattes I actually LOVED! I think the first time I really dug a matte eyeshadow as when I hauled the original Tarte Jewelry Box Palette that was launched around 2009 or so. That palette had a huge array of eyeshadows in a ton of different finishes and yes, there were mattes in there. No one can deny that Tarte’s super silky matte formula is so easy to work with and use. My experience with mattes up to that point had all been bad. Dry, chalky, with a patchy application that looked horrid on my eyes. Seriously, matte just wasn’t for me.
But in comes Tarte and singlehandedly they change my mind. To this day I’m still a little scared of matte anything but I know if Tarte’s behind the wheel I’m safe.
The Tarte Be MATTEnificent Amazonian Colored Clay Matte Eye & Cheek Palette reinforces the fact that Tarte knows how to do mattes.
I know some of you are going to be sobbing in joy when I tell you that new shades of Tarte Amazonian Blush are available for Spring 2014.
It’s ok, I get, they are like chips you can’t eat one! Or have one in this case.
Here’s a glance at the three brand new shades of Tarte Amazonian Blush that are being permanently added to the collection for Spring 2014.
Although having a larger Spring 2014 launch, Tarte Lipsurgence Power Pigment Pencils aren’t actually a new product and you might already own a shade or two from the Tarte Beauty without Boundaries QVC Set that launched a few months ago.
December’s shipment of this beauty set already went out and another will make an appearance in March so that means you already own two of these new Tarte Power Pigment Pencils with a third on the way and might already have some thoughts about them.
If so I’d love to hear your mini review!
Let’s take a look at them!
