Here’s one to add to your facial mist must have, the new Yes to Grapefruit Pore Perfection Toning Mist ($11.99). I’m currently in lust with this delicious smelling facial mist and have it stashed away in my office fridge for quick little refreshes throughout the day!
I thought I’d take a moment today to review Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water since cleansing waters are becoming so popular here in the US and having a bit of a trending period. There are a great number of budget friendly options available at the moment like Simple Cleansing Micellar Water and Boots Botanics All Bright 3 in 1 Cleansing Solution.
But, by far, the greatest deal I’ve come across in the cleansing water world is Garnier’s Micellar Cleansing Water. It’s dirt cheap for a huge bottle. FeelUnique.com carries on sale for $5.30 plus they often have 15 to 20% off coupon codes you can use! Off sale, it’s typically around $7 to $8.
Better still would be if Garnier actually releases this in the US so we don’t have to wait for slow airmail to get our fix but until they do I don’t mind purchasing online that much particularly because this is very large bottle that will last a while.
Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micellar Water ($19.95) is one of thee most popular micellar waters around and I’m sure you’ve likely already tried it or you might just be on the verge of indulging in a bottle.
My first experience with micellar water was with Mandom Cleansing Express Water from Japan back in 2008. Honestly, at the time micellar waters weren’t seeing the popularity and trending they currently are from both mid-range and budget friendly brands so it was a bit of an innovative product for me. I loved Mandom’s formula but the cleansing water thing never really caught on for me as I always feel like I have a bit of left over makeup on my skin after I use one.
But honestly, Bioderma Sensibio H2O Micellar Water is a formula that actually deserves all its ravings. It really does do an excellent job of removing makeup plus it’s very gentle on skin.
Bourjois Nude Sensation Blur Effect Foundation is a dream come true for me because not so long ago in a galaxy not so far away Bourjois Paris released their Mineral Matte Foundation and it was HG for me (holy grail). I’ve tried to recreate it’s brilliance with products like Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation but it just was never as great or amazing as the Bourjois formula.
Fast forward a few years later and here we are with Bourjois Nude Sensation Blur Effect Foundation and all seems right with my makeup world again!
Chalk up the Etude House My Beauty Tool Secret Brush 121 Skin ($14) as a makeup brush you need ASAP! Hair brush like makeup brushes are becoming increasingly popular lately like the Besame Boudoir Short Hair Contour Brush but really, they’ve been around a while and as far back as the MAC Masterclass Brush Collection that was created by Artis. I have a few Artis Makeup Brushes (I’m reviewing them soon) and they are truly makeup life changing so when I noticed that Etude House released their own variation of those brushes I was all over it.
Let’s take a look!
